「Our stay was fantastic! The room’s view was gorgeous! We loved the infinity pool overlooking the aqua and royal blue Atlantic waters. The staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The restaurant was nicely decorated in Caribbean style and the food & drinks were delicious. The hotel was in a great quiet location yet easily walkable to all the beach restaurants and bars. We enjoyed watching all the many colorful kite surfing on Cabarete and Kite Beaches. Don’t miss going to Encuentro Beach...

「House is very well located with views of the ocean on one side and mountain and downtown Puerto Plata on the other side. Very nice pool and outdoor space even when it rains under the large palapas. Owners and caretaker very nice and helpful all the time. Beach, taxis, mini market store, pharmacy and resto all within 5-15 walking minutes distance. And all inside Costambar secured neighborhood. Must take a cab to go down to Puerto Plata though. 5 kms and about $15US one way. We have moved...

「This was a great hotel choice. The pool and the pool bar was a huge bonus. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is located in a great and convenient location. The beach is across the street with many dining options on the beach. 」

「It is an old hotel but the staff is friendly and everything is clean, do not have a restaurant neither a bar but everything is close nearby, it is ok price versus location」

「The property needs maintenance. The bathrooms are gross and in need for remodeling. There is no night club in the same building and they dont play enough Spanish music which is part of the experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful so that made up for the negative part. The food was ok.」
