Nice studio
Overall the stay went well. The downside was that when we first arrived and checked in, the property was still dirty from the last renters stay.. However when we called the host he arranged for someone to come over right away and clean it while we waited on the patio. We finally went to the store to give her time to clean and she did a good job. The host refunded our cleaning fee right away so we were satisfied. Another problem was that the listing said there was cookware and dishware. That was not accurate. We had nothing to even boil water in. However our 3 night stay did not warrant us having to cook but we did want to boil an eggs and toast bread for breakfast. I would stay again. It was a good safe location and the price was right.

Visit to SDSU
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The bed was large and comfortable. The shower was very nice. The patio area was a nice place to be able to sit and eat or just relax. The property manager answered the questions that we had very quickly, which was appreciated, Although we didn't walk in the area, the downtown area was within a walkable distance from the property. The property is short drive to SDSU, which was the reason we were there. Although we did not want to eat dinner at the property, there was a lack of plates, silverware or any type of pots or pans, even though there was a small stovetop area and a microwave. We would definitely stay here again.

Basic and quiet
Basic is an understatement but it was quiet and bed comfortable. Terrible water pressure. Coffee maker had a broken seal so we left an old one there that belonged to my daughter. Again quiet area. Good bed. Get what you pay for

Perfect spot, super nice
Perfect spot close to everything with a short uber ride. Well kept, and clean. Great spot in general, definitely would stay again!
