We are sorry you had that experience, we do own several rooms with balconies and windows, but we've been pretty booked recently. Probably that's why we couldn't offer you another room. However we will take your comments into consideration in order to provide a better service to our next guests.

Dear Gregory, First of all, we want you to thank you for taking the time to write us about your experience here in La Fortuna Lodge. One the one hand, we are very sorry to hear that you didn’t have a pleasant stay because of the noise coming from the street, we are located in a quiet neighborhood but sometimes there can be noise.On the other hand, regarding the comment that we forgot to order the taxi, sorry but we disagree. The taxi was first requested for 5:45am and later in the afternoon we changed it to 5:35am as you requested, and the taxi came the next day on time and everything went well.Best regards,
