「A excellent hotel we have ever stayed. The Villa is super spacious, clean, and comfy. There is a private heated swimming pool in each Villa. Weather was around low 20’s during day hours in March and kids really enjoyed the swimming pool everyday without being too chilly. 「My wife, 2 year old son and I stayed at the Hotel Suite Villa Maria in May 2024. Our experience from the moment we arrived was nothing short of exceptional. The check in process was smooth, the individual behind reception and the bell boy who took our luggage (and parked our hire car in the under ground garage) were professional, polite and engaging with us all (including my son). 「No information about breakfast at check-in. They didn’t tell me I need reservations for breakfast until I asked by call next morning. Someone knocked the door and open the room about 8:30am, it was scary. The shower room sink didn't drain well, so the bathroom was flooded by water. The hotel staff couldn’t understand what is “shaver” in English. And finally they couldn’t give me it because of Covid. The facilities were very good but service was so bad.」
