"The hotel did not feel family-friendly or safe. There was no visible security on the premises, and I noticed people who appeared to be intoxicated/drug-affected staying or loitering around the property, which made the environment uncomfortable.
That said, the room was clean and the reception staff were polite and helpful. The main issue was the location, overall condition of the property, and the crowd—overall it felt unsafe."
