LA BAULE

A seaside resort on the Côte d'Amour bordering the Atlantic Ocean, Le Pouliguen Bay – La Baule-Pornichet joined the Club of the Most Beautiful Bays in the World in November 2011.

• History: Saint-Aignan Church. 1866: Designed in the neo-Gothic style by architect Benjamin Ricard, it was built on the site of the old church destroyed by fire in 1861.
