While advertising often creates expectations that reality fails to meet, the experience at the Hermitage exceeds even the most compelling promises. What awaits guests is not merely what is advertised, but something far more memorable and exceptional."

"First let me say how wonderful the staff was - in particular the conciergerie, the front door staff, the breakfast staff, and the staff in the cabana/beach area - they really went above and beyond to make my wife and I’s special occasion even more special - the bouquet in the room was magnificent. However, despite the grand treatment we received, we were a bit disappointed in the room - it had a wonderful view and a nice bed, but considering that we paid a good deal extra for the tower room, it failed to deliver - it really needed a good overhaul - old paint, holes n the desk and doors, lots of mildew in the bathroom, and worst of all, poor drainage in the shower meant that every time we took a shower, it flooded the entire bathroom and we were lucky it did not spill into the room. So all that to say - great and attentive staff but the room really was not worth the money."
