Mila: House with private pool

This beautiful house is located in L´Escala, near the Montgrí natural park. The whole house is distributed on one floor : the kitchen, 3 bedrooms (one with a 1.60m double bed, one with a 1.40m double bed, and another with 1 bunk bed), a bathroom with shower and a living-dining room with access to the terrace. and pool with barbecue area.

This accommodation has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, drying rack, Dolce Gusto type coffee machine, garage for 1 car and 1 outdoor parking space on the plot. Is there air conditioning in the dining room, french TV, accommodation does not allow pets.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
