Check-in experience was terrible. The person in the accommodation didn't speak English. He didn't know about our booking either. We had to wait in the accommodation from 3 pm to 6 pm for the manager to show up and check our booking on his list. The manager gave us the keys to our room and the accommodation. Until then, we couldn't go out, because we didn't have the keys.
