「I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel.」

「Sehr schöne und neuwertige Unterkunft. Gute Ausstattung. Poolbereich konnte schon am Anreisetag genutzt werden, was sehr positiv vor zu heben ist. Es gibt Mobile-homes die sehr gut für Kleinkinder sind und andere die im Außenbereich Lebensgefährlich sind aufgrund fehlender Absturzsicherung. Ich habe extra dort hingeschrieben das wir mit 2 zweijährigen Kinder anreisen und ausgerechnet diese Mobile home war komplett ohne Geländer und mit stark fallender Betonmauer ohne Absicherung. 「It's a beautiful place but nowhere was it advertised that if you go during shoulder season (we went at beginning of May), they have very limited staff so several amenities are unavailable (e.g. spa, beach rentals, large restaurant, etc.).
