「The Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail is a stunning hotel with great facilities, but their front desk service and room management were incredibly disappointing. I specifically booked a King room, but when I arrived at 5:50 PM, I was told it was unavailable. Instead, they downgraded me to a handicap-accessible room, and it wasn't even ready until very late at night. To make it worse, the communication was nonexistent. I clearly told the front desk that my local Kuwaiti SIM was turned off and asked them...

「One of my most favorite properties over 15 years. Excellent hotel staffs all through the years.」

「Very good facilities, super kind and helpful staff, good location. Rooms are very well designed, very quiet and clean. 」

「The staff was great. The rooms were nice with their amenities. It was nice to relax after working a long time. Thanks.」
