The place is very clean and the location is great. I appreciated the birthday cake that was given to me on my birthday. That was a very nice touch. The gym could use an upgrade. It has less than the bare minimum.

Clean. Pretty good location. Breakfast was not included but cost only 3 dinars and that was good value for money. When checking out I had 4 dinars to pay and it took the reception 5-10 minutes to get me change on a 5 dinar note. Not good. (One dinar is about 3 us dollars so more than you would think....)

A nice place to stay

The hotel was good. Breakfast was good and had a lot of varieties ( not very high-end or expensive products like cheese ) but you still can enjoy the breakfast that included also some brunch types like rize The only thing their elevators are slow and out of work needed to be renovated

I really enjoyed my stay at the Best Western in Salmiya. The staff, especially Ms. Kim at the front desk, were remarkable. Parking is very difficult however the security staff go out of your way to assist you in securing a spot. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property. As friendly and professional of staff as I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Room was exceptionally clean as was the rest of the establishment. The breakfast is amazing. Starbucks and a Buffalo’s restaurant located in the hotel as well. There is a big shopping mall and grocery just across the street and a short walking distance to the waterfront.
