"This property uses shared bathroom located on each floor hallway. It is dirty and very less maintained. The rooms are dirty and have bugs. In addition, rooms lack air conditioning systems. The hotel provides small fans that don’t work properly. I tried to cancel my booking for the second night. Unfortunately, they didn’t support. "

This is very inconvenient and you are depending on that one phone and internet connection to get in the property and the room. Whilst the room itself was great, and the staff from the restaurant downstairs are very kind and helpful, there should be an actual reception and key to each door. "
