"We stayed for 5 days & enjoyed our stay in the Lake. We were in the top floor apartment which has a lot of stairs to climb, no lift. It is a little noisy as it’s right beside the main road so bring ear plugs as that made it better at night to sleep. The second room in the apartment is difficult to stand in as its ceiling is very low due to being an attic. "Lovely cottage on the hillside overlooking Menaggio and Lake Como. Everything you need is there. Deborah was very helpful, answering all questions. Walks from the cottage were lovely and the fenced in garden was great for our dog. Two or three local restaurants also within walking distance. Unbelievable View! Amazing breakfast!

"Try finding a hotel with that view for that price anywhere in the world, the pictures just can't capture how amazing it is. Breakfast was the best I've had and worth £30+ but was included. Rooms were the cleanest by far I've stayed in and we are on a roadtrip around europe. The receptionist was very helpful and the owner went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. For the fact they have only just opened I'd get in while the prices are cheap as they will surely go up with popularity. Top recommendation from the owner, go and see the Balcony of Italy that is 15mins away WOW!"

"We loved this hotel. It is right by the ferry and there is a market next door for any items you may have forgotten. Our room wasn't real big but sufficient. Great breakfast and great view. The hotel staff were very friendly, especially the bellhop! He was great! Been there close to 50 years. "
