「Ein großes Haus mit schöner Terrasse und wunderbaren Ausblick über den Fjord. Großes Grundstück ruhig gelegen. Küche klein aber gut ausgestattet. Betten ok, Schlafzimmer eher klein. Bad ist eher als Nasszelle zu bezeichnen und passt nicht zum Standard des Wohnbereichs. Das Klo war ständig verstopft. Sehr unangenehm. Ansonsten ein schöner Fleck zum abschalten. Einkaufsgelegenheit 5 Min. mit Fahrrad.」

「En dejlig plads med god plads til hunde og børn. Vær dog opmærksom på, at der ikke er dyner og puder i hytterne, det kan lejes, men koster ekstra. Var skuffet over dette, da der stod ‘medbring selv sengelinned’ - det er i min optik usædvanligt, at der ikke er dyner og puder, derfor burde det stå meget tydligt frem. 」

「Jeg overnattede kun én nat hos Strandsegård Ferielejligheder. Men jeg synes det var et virkelig velholdt og hyggeligt sted. Rengøringen var perfekt. Kommunikationen med værterne var behagelig og effektiv. De havde 100% styr på at jeg kom med en cykel jeg gerne ville have låst inde. Kan absolut anbefales. 」

「We hadden een een fijn vakantiehuis in een adembenemende omgeving. Het was vooraf niet geheel duidelijk dat de slaapvertrekken niet in hetzelfde gebouw lagen. In de dichte omgeving is er niet heel veel te doen. Op 30 à 60 min rijden zijn er wel veel activiteiten en bezienswaardigheden.」

「Das Ferienhaus bietet alles, was man für einen klassischen Familienurlaub braucht und die Kommunikation zur Agentur und zur Vermieterin war immer gut, auch bei kleineren Herausforderungen wurde schnell geholfen. Einzig die Tatsache, dass das warme Wasser zum Duschen kaum für zwei Personen reichte, war etwas unerwartet.」

The house was tidy and clean, and well equipped with everything you need, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, water kettle, refrigerator etc. If you need to recharge your battery this is surely a good place to be! 「Wir haben über die Fewo-direkt App gebucht. Gastgeber war jedoch NOVASOL und da liegt schon das Problem. Am Hauptanreisetag Samstag ist die Agentur nur bis 17 Uhr erreichbar. Als wir gegen 18 Uhr eincheckten und neben dem schimmligen Bad auch den Ungezieferbefall im Wintergarten melden wollten und auch ein abgeschlossenes Elektrongerät im Pool vorfanden, war leider kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort erreichbar. Lediglich die Fewo-direkt Hotline war besetzt, die Mitarbeiter aber nicht befugt, etwas für...

「Nettes Haus, gut eingerichtet, optimal für 3 Personen, aber auch zu viert möglich, gut ausgestattet, sauber und ordentlich, und die Location ist super. Nur dass man die gebuchte Bettwäsche, die gemäß der Buchungsbestätigung eigentlich in der Unterkunft bereit liegen sollte, abends erst in Gilleleje abholen muss, also etwas über eine Stunde Fahrt extra - und nein, es liegt nicht auf dem Weg - war ein ärgerlicher Einstieg!」

「Wir fanden den aufenthalt nicht so entspannt. Wir kamen an, es war noch ein Brief der Vormieter da mit einer kaputten Schale. Was sollten wir damit tun? und warum war diese noch da? Es gab kein Toilettenpapier, kein Handtuch und keine Bettwäsche. Die Tischdecke war dreckig. Wenn wir das gewusst hätten, hätten wir diese von zuhause mitgebracht. So sind wir abends um 19 uhr losgefahren um wenigsten Bettlaken, Bettwäsche und Toilettenpapier aufzutreiben. Die Betten waren alle durchgelegen und man...

「Fair warning, this place looks nothing like the picture. I ordered linens and towels for $120 and discovered a week before we were due to arrive that we could pick them up and drop them off at a remote location 4 hour round trip from the house. There were no dish towels, no toilet paper and no paper towels. Navasol has very little presence in Denmark so help is hard to comme by!」
