Electrical kettle is unsatisfied

Good and services of staff is excellent!! However one bad point is,,,Electrical kettle was dirty… we washed by ourselves and become clean easy…

リノベーション後とのことだったので、内装はきれいでおしゃれ。スタッフもフレンドリーだけど、きちんとトレーニングされていて、マナー、言葉遣いが丁寧。クアンタン近郊では英語がかなりブロークンだけど、ここはきちんとしていた。客層はわたしの滞在中はヨーロッパからが多かった。ホテルのツアーデスクでツアー予約をして2回ほど行ったが、スタッフもガイドもすごくよく、サイトで予約するより安くまたツアーをあわせてくれたり親切。

2日間の宿泊でしたが、清掃はあまり良くない。プールサイドで飲み物を注文したかったが、1時間、ブザーを時々おしても誰も注文を聞きに来ない。ラマダン時期だったので、仕方がない、と思うことにした。

立地はいいのに・・・

行く前から口コミを見て、正直期待してはいなかったです。立地はすごく良くて、ホテル周辺にはお店もたくさんあるし、ホテル前のビーチも混んでなく静かでのんびりできるビーチなのに、ホテル自体が古く、リノベーションの形跡はありますが、あちこちガタがきています。施設がもうちょっと良ければ、また行きたいと思える場所なのですが・・・。

きれいなエントランスもLocationも素晴らしい。朝食は･･･むむむ。　築年数が古いのか、窓やドアは昔のホテルという感じです。

家族旅行で利用しました。ホテル自体は古いですがきれいです。部屋はやや狭い感じですが、プール、ビーチへ部屋からいけるので満足です。ビーチもあたり一面プルリアが満開でよかったです。食事もおいしかったですよ。残念なことはトイレットペーパーが古く湿っていたことかな～あと、日本のＴＶが見れなかったこと。ほかは満足でした。穴場だな～と思いました。

手ごろなリゾート

日本的な観点からすると、手ごろな値段でのリゾート滞在でした。すぐ前は海だし、プールも２つありました。サウナも２つ。無料で使えました。夕食は付属のイタリアンレストランで取りましたが、こちらも手ごろな値段でした。朝食も麺が充実しており、満足でした。

あらかじめ他の人のレビューを見てあまり期待せずに訪れたのでそんなにガッカリはしなかった。確かに古い感じはするが、スタッフの対応やロケーション、食事に満足したのでこのホテルで良かったと思う。一つ気になったのはエアコンの設定。壁にカードキーを差し込むと自分で調節できるが、カードキーを抜くと勝手にエアコンが作動してしまうようになっていた。おかげで外出している間は常時部屋が冷やされており、海やプールから帰ったときに寒すぎた。気になったのはそのくらいで、コストパフォーマンスは良いと思う。

Zimmer groß und sauber. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Strand sauber. Kosten für Frühstück teurer als in Las Palmas im 4 Sterne Hotel. Auswahl und Geschmack sind Ordnung. Tolle Aussicht dafür aber zu warm, weswegen wir nur zweimal dort gefrühstückt haben. Mit Grab kann man relativ günstig in die Innenstadt fahren, z.B. zur East Coast Mall. Die Außentemperaturen sind zu heiß (gefühlt 35 Grad Celsius). Dies bedeutete für mich und meine Frau außer Schwimmen keine Aktivitäten. Die Wassertemperatur ist für mich persönlich zu warm. Meiner Frau hat es Spaß gemacht, da es oft so gut wie keine Wellen gibt. Es sind auch genügend Pools vorhanden. Nicht geeignet jedoch für Menschen, die keine Kinder mögen. Ausflüge haben wir keine unternommen, da wir schon mehrfach in Malaysia waren und auch schon eine Rundreise gemacht haben.

Terrible condition at Hyatt kuantan

The towels, linen and curtains were dirty. The sofa had blood stains on it. Both rooms had mold in the AC and on the table. Despite requesting to have the rooms side by side, no action was taken to accommodate this. The lights in the rooms that were not working. The coffee ordered was cold. I made the difficult decision to leave the hotel early and was further disappointed when informed that a refund would not be granted for the rest of the stay.

Worth it!

The hotel had provided a free upgrade to club room and it was a pleasant surprise for us as the room is spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet spread was good and the Malay delicacy was super yummy. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Dated renovations

Service is great. But the place looks a bit dated. Still can see popcorn walls. And room a but small even though i booked ocean view. Lastly i feel 4pm check in time unreasonable as their rooms rates quite high. Check in 4pm and check out 12pm seems a bit rush to me.

I spent three nights here with family, specifically including club lounge access which we have been curious about for some time. The hotel is conveniently located right on the beach and has two different swimming pools which offered lots of options for spending time especially if you have a kid to entertain. There was also a recreation room onsite with kids' games which also came in useful. The service was excellent. We felt so welcome there, with staff remembering our names and addressing every request in quick fashion. I had to request some food we had for my child to be reheated a few times, and once needing help with a toilet issue with our room. It was fixed within a half hour. The club lounge access came with breakfast and evening canapes which became our dinner throughout the stay. Food options were good and we enjoyed the convenience. The rooms had been recently refurbished and we were happy with everything provided. Maybe the only thing to improve would be to have a few more options for hanging towels in the bathroom and firmer pillow options. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would love to come back one day.

Hotel itself and location are good, however both hotel and beach were very crowded-no longer a tranquil resort. Hotel needs additional pools - 2 small one’s constantly full with screaming kids. Lobby was the same - despite being lovely architecture and great staff, it had a bus station vibe with luggage and noisy kids everywhere. We were disappointed as we stayed here in 1990 and had fond memories of a tranquil resort by a beautiful quiet beach. It’s not like that anymore.
