My original room had problems connecting to the hotel's wifi. They offered to change my room and the staff was very helpful. Can't fault the staff.

Alas, hotel is a rather aged, and there was notice that refurbuishment was in progress. Floor i was on was very deserted and actually was not a very comfortable feeling. As it was only for a single night, I did not bother to ask for a chnage.

Room air-cond not cold and water heater not functioning. Room looks big but towels and others has been use for many years never change. Didn't look like 4 star hotel.

The Air-cond in the room was terrible noisy make us cannot sleep. The floor trap at the shower area was flooded. Not worth paying for RM350.00!!!!!!!
