"Luxurious" stay

The staff were friendly and assisted my check in smoothly. They were patient to answer my enquiries on food locations. The room is spacious, quite well kept and clean. The layout of the area makes the area lots big and not cramp. The toilet area is big too.

Asiajaya LRT station is a short walk away. Some shopping and dining options near by. Hotel is well maintained. Enjoyed riding the super silent lifts. Pillows too soft. Flat after a night's sleep.

Comfortable after upgrade to Premier Deluxe

On arrival, the shower tiles and floor of the shower had mould, but we were too tired to complain until we settled in. The next morning we had the duty manager "Rain" come in to have a look and take photos. We were shown a premier room, but it was too small. We were given a complimentary breakfast. There was a good spread to choose from. Lter that afternoon after we came back, we were given a corner room which was bigger and we were happy with that.

This is my first stay in Armada, a quaint quiet hotel surrounded by 2 bigger hotels. Hotel front looks basic but Reception staff are friendly, polite and responsive. The family room is not luxurious but spacious for 3 adults, clean and quiet with adequate amenities for comfortable stay. Carpark is free when validated. Breakfast spread is almost the same everyday. Need to drive out if we want to do shopping and eat better food choices. Next to the hotel is Decathlon which is the main shopping tenant in the hotel. Overall, my 3 nights' stay was pleasant since I was out most of the brine till night time.

Great location, budget friendly

Very spacious room, lots of table space to place handbags and cosmetics. Managed to get an unobstructed view room. Buffet breakfast had a good variety and quite yummy. Room service food was good but was unable to get dessert after 10pm (room service ends at 11pm) Would be good if there is a towel rack within reach of the shower. Shower itself has good water pressure and heater was excellent and quick. Housekeeping service was prompt but had to contact them as the daily room service wasn’t (missing towels, floor towel not replaced daily, face towel requested upon check-in but never provided, coffee sachets not replenished) Iron and ironing board were awesome but no hair dryer in the room. No disposable slippers provided. Location : no convenience store nearby (petrol kiosk has minimal stock) Easy access to several food districts if driving or e-hailing

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Armada. The room was very spacious and clean. TV had a decent variety of channels. No toothbrush was provised. This wasn't really a problem, but if I'd known this, I would have brought on with me.

The hotel wifi is terrible. You cannot make a video call without getting disconnected, regardless of time of day. Furthermore, Housekeeping refused to give more than 2 towels per room, when the room was occupied by 2 people. When requesting anything from Housekeeping, it took multiple calls to follow up on the request (on average 3) and a wait time of 45 minutes. Limited food options at the hotel and surrounding area. For a better selection, you would need to walk 20 minutes. The front desk staff were very kind.
