When i arrived at this place theres no frontdesk neither from them knew whos the owner of the said apartment that i am renting .. i even ask someone to call the the number on my itin to pick me up downstairs. someone answered and agreed to pick me up but after a long hours of waiting no one even tried to pick me up.. i even had to buy malaysian sim but line kept on ringing.. It seems noone wants to pick up the phone coz they knew im the one whose calling.. I even waisted my time.. I missed my tour in batu cave, i missed my activity of going to the top of petronas tower, i even missed the klcc aquarium..This hotel messed up my vacation... After how many hours of calling,,out of frustrations i ended up booking multiple hotels on a different location as i was already stranded without knowing where to go...
Because of this, I want my money back.. I want my coupon be refunded as well.. Such a disappointment and poor service from Expedia because when i tried calling you noone even bother to call me back after i spoke to one of your representative (line got dc due as i run out of load for taking international calls)...
Because of this, I am now thinking of moving my business elsewhere... A place where the service are more reliable...
