「Our first encounter was really disappointing. The young men with glasses did not introduce us well into the hotel rules and treat us not well. We did not understand either why he was so unfriendly to us and this behavior continues all days we have stayed there. The breakfast was not „traditional“ as we hoped before booking. The hotel is super nice and the staff is lovely, whatever you need they accommodate and help you or arrange it for you; the staff helped us with our bags and moved us to a more comfortable room so that we wouldn't have issues with our bags (we had 4) because we were traveling the next day.
