"Ankunft war toll! Begrüßung war sehr herzlich und informativ. Das Haus am Strelasund, mit unserem Highlight "Fischbude Opa Fisch", ein Traum. An Ausstattung fehlte uns nichts und es gab, zu unserer Freude einen Kaffeevollautoaten. Auf dem Balkon konnte man die Fähre sehr gut im Blick haben und im Garten konnte man sehr gut entspannen - chillen, aber auch ernten: Stachelbeeren und super viele Gewürze. Zu Beginn fehlte eine Garnitur Bettwäsche aber eine kurze Email reichte und ein nettes Telefonat mit Frau Brethauer und das Problem war gelöst. Wir hatten eine unglaublich schöne Zeit und konnten in toller Atmosphäre das neue Jahr beginnen. Ein Highlight war definitiv die Infrarot-Kabine. Sehr gerne wieder! "

"My room was gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the square. I never received prior communication about check-in, but a sign on the door to the building informed me to check-in at a different location around the corner. That was fairly simple, but I was charged for the room a second time. Later I realized I had already paid for the room online, went back the next morning, and got a refund. The refund could only be in cash. My room had a door to an adjoining room with a sign on it that said it was a fire exit for the adjoining room. That's pretty wild, but I just turned on my cognitive dissonance, and nothing happened. Seems very unsafe though."
