This villa was wonderful. The house was very nice, the pool perfection. The views out the windows throughout the house so gorgeous and relaxing.

A few concerns : the place needs a little updating, a few things missing in kitchen which can be easily corrected. We had a few problems with the appliances, but the rental managers had fixed or explained by the next day. Our fault for not knowing, but no weekly maid service. But, no biggie.
One thing which could prevent us from renting again was the odd arrangement of rooms, so be aware. The master room, so gorgeous with wrap around windows and huge slider glass doors, can only be entered through one of the guest rooms, or through the outside. It was quite awkward. I was in the master bedroom, but felt hostage at times, as I didn't want to go through that passthrough room to disturb my sister to get to the kitchen or living room. I could go through the patio area outside, but we would lock the outside doors, so that really wasn't accessible that way either. My only choice was to either invade her privacy, or wait. Difficult at times. A family situation with children might work okay.
It looks like all the villas on this oceanfront development are cookie cutters of each other so this floorplan would apply to all them.
But a wonderful villa. We were very happy here.
