"Friendly staff, beautiful surrounding, good breakfast, feel like at home. "

"Beautiful and interesting home with different areas and a little courtyard inside. Carvings and tiles. They had an old radio, record player etc. wonderful if you want to see an old Kotagede type house from the inside. There's a bookshop attached to the house and it has a good selection of books, including Indonesian books translates into English, a section on Javanese culture, and political books like Gramsci etc. Location is good near lots of nice restaurants, walkable to the Mataram makams,...

"Good place to stay with a clean property and nice staffs"

"Room was clean and staff was very courteous. They can improve the bathroom standard and modernize it."

"Stay with group of friends, nice basic stay with friendly staff"

"Very nice, extremely friendly and helpful, small, homestay-style place with only 4 rooms and a communal kitchen. It’s run by a woman named Irta who speaks very good English. It’s within walking distance to the main sights of central Yogyakarta, but it’s on a small side street which makes it reasonably quiet at night. (Central Yogyakarta is never completely quiet). Irta is extremely helpful. They serve breakfast if you want it. They have hot showers and cold ac. I can highly recommend it if...

"If you stay here, you are right in the heart of one of the coolest neighborhood's in Yogyakarta. It's like a Javanese Williamsburg Brooklyn or Wicker Park Chicago. You can hear live music each night and you have your choice of all kinds of foods and restaurants. Like coffee? Coffee galore. Across the street they will do your laundry - same day and if you need a bottle of water there is a Circle K in front of the place. The interior of the guest house is very, very nice. If you think your...

"Absolutely loved this place! So beautiful and not far from the temple. Would suggest a tuktuk rather than walking though as even in the morning it's pretty hot. Aside from the need for air con, cannot fault this place at all. One of our favourite hotels so far on our trip!"

"Le responsable de l'hôtel est vraiment charment, serviable et vraiment très accueillant. Il a été au petits soins pour nous."

"Beautiful and spacious room, great bathroom, very clean. The hosts were very friendly. Outside of the bedroom, there is also a living room with a fridge and a water dispenser with filter. For us, the location was great - in a calmer area but only a quick taxi ride away from restaurants."

"L'hôtel est très bien placé près des quartiers animés mais dans une rue calme, le beau jardin avec piscine est un vrai plus. La chambre est spacieuse et très propre, le lit immense et très confortable. Chambre rez de chaussée vue sur le jardin. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable "

"We enjoyed our stay here. Felt like home in this property. Easy walk to the best strip in Yogja . We would stay again."

"The pool and common areas are great. We appreciated the breakfast each morning and there is a great view of Mount Merapi from the terrace. The staff were friendly and helpful. The value is really excellent. "
