Im grossen und ganzen okLaut Buchung fewo mit Kamin-kein kamin vorhanden.3 von 6 x Bettwäsche und Bettlaken voll mit schwarzen Hunde Haaren. Für unseren mitreisenden Allergiker ging das gar nicht.

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung braucht ist hier genau richtig. Es waren auch Familien mit Kindern und Haustieren . Davon hat man nichts gemerkt. Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit, alles war sauber ,tolles und sehr freundliches Personal, der Strand alles wunderschön 🤩. Lieben Dank für das schöne Wochenende.😘

Leider nicht zufrieden...

Wir haben erwartet, dass man für den Preis ein wenig mehr Service verlangen kann. Leider war dem nicht so. Am ersten und zweiten Tag führte eine Ameisenstraße quer durch die gesamte FeWo. Die Dame an der Rezeption gab uns daraufhin eine Ameisenfalle in die Hand und verabschiedete uns dann mit den Worten: „Versuchen Sie es erstmal damit.“. Am zweiten Tag war das Ameisenproblem leider immer noch nicht behoben und man bot uns eine zweite Ameisenfalle an. Als wir uns damit nicht zufrieden gaben wurden wir mit den Worten vertröstet, dass sich das der Hausmeister mal ansehen wird. Von der Sauberkeit her begegneten uns leider viel Spinnengewebe an den Decken. Der Zustand der FeWo würde ich als stark abgenutzt bezeichneten. Die Couch ist voller Flecken, genau wie die Auslegware in den einzelnen Räumen und die Tapeten. Auch darauf haben wir unseren Unmut an der Rezeption geäußert und wurden mit den Worten: „Würde es Sinn machen nochmal eine Reinigungskraft in die FeWo zu schicken?“, förmlich abgespeist. Ich weiß dass man sich in einem Sommerurlaub eigentlich kaum in einer FeWo übermäßig lange aufhält aber ein wenig Wohlfühlmoment für die preislich doch sehr intensive FeWo möchte man dann doch verspüren. Die Gartenmöbel auf der Terrasse waren auch leider voll gestaubt, so dass wir uns erstmal selbst mit einem Tuch an die Arbeit gemacht haben. Die Deckenlampe wurden anscheinend nachträglich angebracht, weil so gut wie jede Lampe an einem 1-3 Meter langen Kabel zu irgendeiner Verteilerdose verläuft und somit die Kabel mit Abstand von der Decke hängen. Das sieht sehr bescheiden aus... Der Griff des Gefrierfachs unseres Kühlschranks in der FeWo wars abgebrochen so dass wir Schwierigkeiten hatten das aufzubekommen. Klar kann da die Dame an der Rezeption nichts dafür. Ich geh aber stark davon aus dass das bekannt ist seit einiger Zeit und halt aus Kostengründen noch nicht erledigt wurde. Auf einen Punkt möchte ich noch eingehen. Der Strand ist tatsächlich in wenigen Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Doch leider sollte man auch die Steilküste erwähnen, die man über eine Treppe mit über 130 Stufen überwinden muss um an den Strand zu gelangen. Die Treppe kann einem echt abschrecken, wenn man Höhenangst hat oder auch kleiner Kinder (im Kinderwagen/Bollerwagen) oder auch ältere Menschen (im Rollstuhl/mit Gehhilfen). Das sollte man sich einmal im Vorwege ansehen. Leider sind das alles Kritikpunkte, die uns kein Zweites Mal in diese Anlage bewegen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in schöner Lage

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Insbesondere dass man in einer Ferienanlage ist und dadurch (fast) immer einen Ansprechpartner hat, wenn man mal etwas braucht, sowie Pool und Tennisplatz hat, aber trotzdem seinen Freiraum mit der Wohnung, ist wunderbar. Die Sauna in der Wohnung kam leider nur auf knapp über 70 Grad, aber auch das war mit einem Aufguss schon ein schöner Tagesausklang. Der Balkon ist schön groß und weist ins Grüne, wunderbar. Der Zugang zum Strand liegt nur ca. 8 Fußminuten entfernt, man kann in ca. 25 Minuten durch den Küstenwald bis nach Koserow-Seebrücke laufen, sehr schön und schattig. Brötchenservice und bei Spontanhunger (der Kinder) eine Pizza innerhalb von 10 Minuten waren prima. Die übrigen Gäste in der Anlage, darunter viele Familien mit Kindern, waren eher gehobenes Niveau, ergo alles sehr gesittet, freundlich, relaxed und ruhig. Wer kann, sollte sein Fahrrad mitbringen, man kann direkt von der Wohnung aus die Insel erkunden!
