We stayed here for 3 nights. There is very nice beach in front of hotel and breakfast was really good. Location is bit far from airport.but when you take a taxi,it’s very easy to get there. I have a good time to stay in highdaway resort. Thank you.

We recently spent 4 nights at Hideaway Resort in Fiji, and like the time we were here in 2022, we loved it from the moment we arrived. The staff were truly amazing, especially Tash, Dan, David, Loti, Eseta, and Josie, who always greeted us by name and took the time to check on us each day. They made our stay unforgettable with their friendliness and willingness to help with anything we needed. The food was delicious, with a menu that offered a fantastic variety of options. We also loved the range of activities on offer. Whether it was the pool activities, reef walk, lounging by the pool, or daily ‘Sundance’ with the other quests at 12pm, there was never a moment we didn’t enjoy. A special mention has to go to the Happy Hour quiz and daily massages which we couldn’t wait for. The night time entertainment and music were the icing on the cake. Each evening was filled with lively performances that left us singing alone and wanting more. We met lots of people staying there that had visited before, a definite sign that they offer something special. The only thing we would have liked was for the sauna rock pool to be open which closed due to cyclone damage in 2021. Overall, Hideaway Resort exceeded all our expectations. The combination of outstanding service, incredible massages, delicious food, and fantastic activities made our stay truly memorable. Value for money, you must consider experiencing Hideaway Resort. We loved it so much, we are planning to return in 2025.

It’s very terrible stay. My first room was dirty and smelly and then I upgraded a room and there was mouse and lizard in the room. When I complained nobody help me and change my room. I was suiting from 6am to 11:30am in the lobby area. Night staff said our manager will talk to u in the morning and front desk give me excuse every hour that manager is in the meeting. She didn’t come out and talk to me. Then I leave the hotel because I was so stressed and tired and find other hotel. They didn’t refund me and didn’t try to contact me even I send email to them and called them. My stay was there for 2 weeks and I paid almost 2000 dollars.

I was there twice before like more than 10 years ago. Nothing has changed, very friendly staff. Accomodation ok. Breakfast good, lunch ok, dinner terrible. I have no idea if they employ a chef or an apprentice. It is still a long way from Nadi airport on a very dangerous Queens Road that has been slightly repaired

Great beach with lots of marine life. Good hotel if you're looking for somewhere to remove yourself from technology as there is no internet connection in the rooms and no tv. Some other guests were saying that their rooms had bed bugs.

You get what you pay for, so keeping that in mind. The star rating is relevant however the staff are 6 star in my books. Without a doubt the staff are amazing and very interactive. Absolute paradise right on beach front. We had one of the best relaxing holidays ever staying at the Hideaway and we are bring more of the family back next time.

The USP of the property is staff, they really make you feel at home. Rooms are really spacious and have basic amenities but no toothbrush or water is provided. The pool is clean and overlooking the sea. Saw a wonderful rainbow over the sea on the day of checkout! Overall a great stay and hope to be back again!

The staff was fantastic and had the Fijian hospitality to the max.If wasn't for them, the place would suffer. Did find that the maintenance of certain areas needed T.L.C. All in all it is a beautiful and very family orientated Resort and we would go back there again.

Price is high compared to the room conditions. Needs to be total upgrade.staff is very cooperative and humble. Rest is good.Check in and out was very quick.Everyone was nice to all customers.

This place is lovely, the beach is right on the doorstep. The rooms are spacious and the staff are wonderful. I was apprehensive before I left because of the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised at every turn. Very well worth the money.

Outstanding hospitality - you can easily develop friendships with the staff that could last a life time! Wonderful location near service stations and towns, convenient parking, excellent choice of food and beverages. The only thing stopping it being perfect is the very limited wifi network.

This is a second visit to this resort. the ocean front burres were beautiful however we arrived late at night with no water in the room ! Finally fixed after lunch ! The room has stunning views and great snorkeling out front. The resort pool area is run down and needs retiling and proper cleaning especially with a bunch of Aussie 16 year old footballers staying. and taking over the pool. The food was terrible very limited and not good quality. Ended up with Fiji Belly the last night from dinner not pleasant when travelling home. The spa was fab and enjoyed massages and facial. The staff were kind and very helpful which made our trip there good so cant thank them enough for their helpful concerns. Overall location and rooms are a stand out but poor food quality and resort maintenance needs to be addressed.

Have stayed few times now and used to be our favourite place for holiday. Property has not been maintained after covid. We asked for milk in room it came 2 hours later. Shower was leaking all night, air con was too filthy to use. Powerpoint had electrical shot, fan only worked at one speed. No internet or TV in rooms. Only positive was the restaurant staff were very good.

Firstly most staff were amazing. Secondly the food from the kitchen was at 5 star price and we sent back 6 meals that were inedible. 2 meals and 2 starters were up to restaurant standard. Breakfast buffet was not enough to call a buffet. There was a lack of entertainment and equality of what is done for different guests, very poor form. Everywhere you look there was maintainance required, even down to toilet doors you cant close. Others complained of bare hot electrical wires hangingout of the wall but they wouldnt put people in the renivated units, it was accept what is given. Activities you cant do need removing from the website. Get the Suva Express for $10 instead of a $100 transfer. Could have been great but management needs to spend money. Not bad but many are better

Le personnel est très accueillant et très gentil. On voit bien quils font ce qu'ils peuvent mais cet hôtel ne vaut pas du tout 3 étoiles. Chambres salles et inconfortables, Clim qui ne fonctionnait pas. C'est vieux et pas entretenu. Côté restaurant, ce n'est pas bon. Nous avons pris 2 pizza et c'était très clairement des surgelés et ma fille a pris les pâtes bolognaises et pas bonnes non plus. Seul point positif, la piscine avec tobogan était plutôt propre (mais mériterait un entretien quand même) a bcp plu a ma fille. Nous devions y rester 4 nuits et nous n'en avons fait qu'une.

Great family holiday with 2 kids - we stayed a week and we all absolutely loved this resort, from the warm welcome with smiles, bula and a refreshing tropical juice, till we reluctantly left to go back home, accompanied by a roll of traditional drums and lovely staff members waving goodbye at the car. The staff are amazing, kind , helpful and made us feel special . The location is great, right on a coral beach with plenty of snorkelling and kayak opportunities ( equipment is available at no cost) . Sunsets are awesome and picture perfect. There are lots of activities to keep you entertained and help make new friends. I loved the aqua gym and the sun dance at 12, they made me feel part of a lovely community. The swimming pool is gorgeous and the slide is fun ( very fast though !) . The food is ok and the Japanese restaurant is fantastic. Breakfast is abundant and varied. The Bure have everything you need and are set in a luscious and well kept tropical garden. We visited other resorts for the day and found them very impersonal , fancy but not authentic, and were happy to go back to our Hideaway where we felt we were really in Fiji. We will definitely visit this resort again! Vinaka !
