"The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, cafes, and spas. It’s also a short drive to some of the nicest malls in Bangkok. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to a better room with a bigger bed, as well as a connecting room with a bunk bed, which we didn’t end up using since there were only two of us. The hotel room felt a little outdated but was clean. I particularly liked being able to dine outdoors on the rooftop, as well as having the gym located on the same floor. The staff were great as well especially the guys by the door."

"Everything about this hotel is exceptional. My only complaint is paint and thinner smells related to the current renovation, only in the lobby and elevators. Fantastic room and bed. Massive breakfast buffet highlighted every morning. Hotel staff all amazing too. My best hotel experience ever."

"The staff were amazing, from the front desk, to the cleaners, to the front door staff, literally every single person in that hotel was So helpful and polite. The rooms were clean and the general facilities of the hotel are all well maintained. I enjoy my stay, the hotel is close to a shopping centre and on a big strip of restaurants and bars."
