"Our stay at Hotel in 9 was fantastic! The location couldn’t be more convenient — Starbucks is right next door, and COEX Mall is within easy walking distance. The staff were outstanding, friendly, and spoke English very well, which made everything smooth and comfortable. The rooms were spotless, modern, and just the right size for two people. The beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt peaceful after long days out exploring Seoul. Would absolutely stay here again — great service, great location, and great value for the area. Highly recommend!"

"Property was very clean. Easy access to Subway and/or taxi and Uber options. Very walkable and staff was quite friendly. The gym is rather small but was sufficient. We also used the onsite coin laundry facilities which were a welcome addition to our week long stay."
