If I could give 10 stars for the Aqua hotel, I would. The staff was absolutely fantastic! The young man at the front desk went so far above and beyond in customer service. Even after we checked out of the hotel, we were several miles away and missed our bus to Zurich so we called to ask if he could call us another taxi. Not only did he call us another taxi, he came by the bus stop to make sure we were there and didn’t miss our ride. He actually brought us water and apples. NEVER in all of our travels have we been treated so great! If we come back to Konstanz, we would only stay at the Aqua hotel. 10 stars for sure!!!

Sehr netter Empfang. Es wurde alles ausführlich erklärt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt.

Wir waren übers Wochenende in dem Hotel Sehr empfehlenswert 1A service Freundlichkeit wird da GROẞ geschrieben .. Sauberkeit alles war hervorragend erste aber nicht das letzte mal das wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden haben. Alle sehr nett personal bis zum Chef.

Haben in dem Hotel 4 Nächte verbracht . Waren super zufrieden ! Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist sehr schön - passt total zu den Namen - Aqua Hotel . Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gemütlich. Das Bett so bequem :) . Auch das Badezimmer war sehr gepflegt. Man hat gute Parkplatzmöglichkeiten . Werden bestimmt wieder kommen :)

Das mitten im Industriegebiet gelegene Hotel macht von außen einen eher etwas verwahrlosten Eindruck, entpuppt sich im Innern aber als ordentliches und modernes Haus. Zimmer sind völlig ok und sauber, das Frühstück unterer Durchschnitt. Der Service lässt an Freundlichkeit zu wünschen übrig. Die Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Busslinien aus der Innenstadt ist gut.
