Overall positive
The unit was very clean and functional as advertised. It didn't have a door to the bathroom, so that was a little different. The wifi didn't work the entire time, so that was disappointing. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay.

Our Stay
We booked this property for a short stay in Hawaii. Despite a serious rain event the staff had everything ready when we arrived. The location is great, very easy to get around.

Great stay for a couple
We really enjoyed our week here in January. The condo is beautiful and clean. The kitchen is fully stocked, so you can easily do some cooking while on your trip. It is right across the street from my favorite restaurant of the week (The Beach House, reservations required), and walking distance to a bay were we snorkeled and saw sea turtles. Some things we didn’t love. The shower has a very narrow entrance covered only by an a curtain and there is a window in the shower open to the living room. That works for a couple, but could be awkward if staying with a friend. Another thing we didn’t love was that the window in the kitchen are just fogged glass panes, so at night a lot of light comes in. We ended up unscrewing a couple outdoor hallway lightbulbs to get a better night sleep. All in all, this is a fantastic condo to enjoy for the week and it had everything we needed!

This condo was across from the ocean with a decent snorkeling area and a good (albeit expensive) restaurant. The condo was well-furnished and comfy enough for our needs. The remote control did not work and the staff never replied to my email, so we didn't get to utilize it. It worked one day, but navigating the cable vs tv parts was incomprehensible. I suggest they move to the Netflix/Amazon Prime/Hulu options instead, plus respond to emails from their customers.

Surprise there was no AC, but managed ok with out any thanks to the trades. Shower would not drain properly. The kitchen had plenty of tiny ants and the front door jalosie blinds had a missing screw and was ready to fall out. I found an oversized screw and put it in to keep it from falling out. Other than that it was fine.

Perfectly situated
Just a skip across the street to view the sunset, and a wander down the road for great dining and provisions. The interior was nicely decorated and comfortable. We would definitely come here again.

Great stay.,..but
The apartment was nice, maybe a bit tired in places. A good bed and well equipped kitchen. In a great location on the third floor in the front of the building close to the ocean. But with no air conditioning we left the windows open. Which is fine and even preferable to enjoy the ocean breeze and the sounds of waves on rocks. But during our stay there was a surprising number of cars and pickup trucks and other utility and construction trucks passing on the road separating the hotel and the ocean. Going into the late night and picking up early in the morning before sunrise. So not the best sleep that we ever had. But we made up for it with naps on the beach so ‘all’s good’. Other than this, it is a good place to stay at a reasonable price.

This little studio was perfect for the two of us, it was nice to have the full kitchen, although admittedly we didn’t use it often. The sun rise and beach view from the back balocony were amazing. Place was comfortable and clean and stayed cool enough with the slats open and overhead fan going. Overal 10/10 would stay here again!

Great location, well equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed, beautiful views, spacious.
We enjoyed every bit of our stay at this place. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and beach within walking distance. The decor was beautiful, enjoyed the large sitting area. And the unique bathroom.

Perfect location!
My friend and I greatly enjoyed our stay here! It’s the perfect southern location, felt like we were about 5 minutes from some of the best southern beaches and food. Walking distance to a small rocky beach with decent snorkeling and a shaved ice stand across the way. We loved “living foods” which is also walking distance. The condo itself was just as advertised. A clean and simple stay. Nice views. Great to have a kitchen. Only thing I will mention is the openness of the bathroom. There is a curtain instead of a door and a window from the shower to the sunroom. So if you’re not staying here with your significant other, things are slightly weird but manageable.

The condo was nicely decorated, very comfortable & in an excellent location and the gardens were absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was well appointed and everything worked properly and was easy to use.

My husband and I loved this condo. This condo has an ocean view on the balcony. Walking distance to a shopping center with restraunts. Favorite part about the condo was the sun room and the fact they give you stuff to use at the beach. No A/C but honestly if you keep the patio door open with the screen door and curtain closed it will stay cool during the day. The property has a laundry room, pool and grill.

Beautiful view, great location, easy check in/out process
We enjoyed our stay! Beautiful view with a wonderful sea breeze. Keep the sliding door open to help cool out the unit. Loved the location, across from a restaurant and the beach. A friendly area to go for a walk in the mornings. Very smooth check in/out process. Definitely recommend!

A good experience in a great location.
Great location, great complex. Place had everything you needed. Furniture was a bit dated and bathroom a bit awkward (no door), although the bed was comfortable.
