Our newly updated ocean view condo on the 2nd floor of Lawai Beach Resort is ready for you!

Recently updated with chevron flooring, new bathroom vanity, refreshed kitchen cabinets (new appliances coming in October), all new furniture...we are ready to host you!

Lawai Beach Resort is ocean front by the famous Beach House Restaurant. You will have easy access to one of the best snorkeling beaches in Kauai along with a short walk to the best sunset dining option on any of the Hawaiian Islands.

PLEASE NOTE:

- The condo is on the second floor (garage has second floor access or use the elevator).

- We’re not able to offer early check-ins or late checkouts. If you have a late flight, consider booking an extra night or checking resortpass. com for hotel day passes.

- Starting 1/1/26, the State of Hawaiʻi is adding a mandatory 0.75% Green Tax to support climate efforts. This amount will be collected separately prior to check-in.
