「The hotel staff was horrible, on the harbor restaurant they gave us a rude and so bad attitude cuz we didn’t have the hotel bracelets cuz they never put it on at us at the check in when we arrived,so we explained them the situation and they don’t care, just leave us sitting there waiting and said no food for us; my brother went to the reception and they fix problem, even a waitress call “dayenne” was laughing on us and she was so rude , awful service we never come back there.」

「The property is beautiful in the historical area of Curacao. The host greeted us at the door with cold water. We were pleasantly upgraded to a larger room with a balcony. Each floor, including our room, had an espresso machine including coffee and tea. The fixtures and furniture were all new and the rooms were spotless; lots of interesting vintage decorations. 「新しくてきれいなホテルではありましたが、部屋からプライベートビーチやレストランまで車で行かなければならなかったのが残念です。 オーシャンビューでなくても、せめて歩いて行ける距離だと思っていました。５つのプールがあるとの事で楽しみにしていましたが、各プールが遠く、普通のプールだったのも残念です。ゴルフをする人にはいいのかもしれませんが、海を楽しみたい方は、海の近くの部屋か確認した方がいいです。きれいな部屋でしたが、室内も窓からの景色も殺風景でした。従業員の感じは悪くなかったですが、何かをお願いしてから部屋にくるまでが遅かったのが不満です。全体的に無駄を省きすぎて冷たい印象を受けました。あと、駐車場の電気をもう少し明るくして欲しかったです。次行く機会があれば、海の近くのホテルにします。」

「Quality breakfast and food. Staff took my food allergy seriously to make sure I didn't have any issue. The room had some minor cleanliness issues, but nothing major. Definitely have patience with the staff as they are learning and expect some inconsistencies between each day with how staff does certain things. It was a great place for a short relaxing stay.」

「Don’t stay there a nasty smell was coming out of the bathroom that was unacceptable!! Walked in took one look and went and stayed at another property. The owners would not refund me when I refused to stay at the property. They was not available at the property and made everything hard. They are lying about the ratings it’s not wonderful and far from a 9」

「I love the property , location was great. The views are amazing it’s close by to downtown shopping district local eateries, great ocean view dinner and dancing movies etc. I would recommend and definitely stay again. However the dining area in the hotel the Asian manager was rude and I would not recommend eating there not worth the price and being hassled by her. Several guest complained about her.」

「Loved this boutique hotel! Perfect location and equal easy walking access to Otrobanda, Punda and Pietermaai. Loved the pool to cool off in the evenings and the staff are very helpful and kind. Air conditioning worked very well, excellent water pressure for ladies with long hair. Rooms are clean and the hotel is period perfect. Can’t wait to go back」

「Overall, we had a good stay at Kunuku Aqua Resort. The cleanliness was good, and the resort felt well maintained. The amenities were average, but the new water park was amazing and definitely the highlight for kids — they had a great time! The food and drinks could use some improvement, as there wasn’t a lot of variety and the quality could be better. Still, it’s a nice family-friendly place, especially if you’re traveling with children.”」

「ウィレムスタッドのプンダから徒歩15分程度のところにある、こぢんまりとしたホテル。 周囲にはツーリスト向けのお店などはないが、24時間営業のデニーズ、スーパーマーケット、バス停などがあり、不便はしなかった。 部屋は広々としており清潔。エアコン、冷蔵庫もあり、熱いキュラソー島ではありがたい。シャワーは、熱々ではなくぬるめなものの、ここではそれで十分。 またスタッフはとてもフレンドリーで（英語を話せない方もいるが）、色々助けてもらった。」

「I genuinely enjoyed my stay through and through! My room had some dead flies on the ceiling so I would make sure you bring your own cleaning supplies to address that but overall everything was beautiful! All the staff were welcoming and very helpful, can’t wait to go back☺️」

「Very clean and spacious room, I had a studio with king sized bed and it was so comfortable and the pillows were nice, they did go flat as a pancake when you laid on them.Breakfast is nice, pancakes, sausage, eggs made to order and fresh fruit and drinks. The only complaint I have is I couldn’t do my laundry. I misunderstood the laundry facilities in add. Apparently you can ask the front desk and they can help you out.」
