Blue Bay Curacao Golf & Beach Resort

"The property grounds were well kept and the unit was updated and super clean. I was surprised that the unit was cleaned ever day with fresh towels supplied daily. The location was great as it was close to grocery stores and some of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The resort restaurants were excellent and the prices were reasonable. I would definity book another stay here."

"Stayed in The Ivy. Booked a 1 bedroom apartment but was given a 2 bedroom apartment upon check-in. Loved the extra space ! Apartment was beautiful and clean. Kitchen was stocked with all things needed to cook/bake. Balcony was spacious. Online pictures are accurate to in person sights. If traveling from US bring power adapter or ask front desk to borrow one. One suggestion would be to have long mirrors in apartment. Was unable to get a complete look of outfit after getting dressed. Only con was property being isolated so nothing was in walking distance. Even the beach that is advertised is about a 30 min walk from the reception desk. Once you check in the associates will get you to your room using their golf carts and pick you up on day of check out but in between you are on your own to get around which can make things difficult."

"Everyone (staff) was so hospitable and pleasant from the moment of arrival through check-out. The food wasn’t as bad as I expected after reading the reviews but not a lot of options. We upgraded to the preferred package, which I would definitely recommend because it includes premium drinks and more perks. The rooms had a wet mildew smell from water damage but it wasn’t overbearing. This resort could definitely use some upgrades and renovations but overall, it was pretty lively and fun, and for the price point, it’s a good option."

"We had a lovely time here. There were food options and it was great to relax and enjoy the beach and pool. We made reservations for dinner on two different nights, one on the beach and the other at the JFK Steakhouse. We also scheduled a massage and that was much needed. The whole purpose of our trip was to relax and enjoy the beach and pool and that's exactly what we did! Highly recommend!!"

"We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed the property! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location was beautiful and peaceful, and we especially appreciated the convenient parking and having a kitchen available. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even better. It was a great place for our family to relax and enjoy our vacation in Curaçao. We would definitely recommend it to other travelers and would happily stay here again! 💙🌴☀️"

"Ein wunderschönes, sauberes Haus mit schönem Privatpool in einem tollen Urlaubsresort mit traumhaftem Strand.Die Gastgeber sowie die Hausmanagerin waren immer erreichbar und konnten helfen.Vom Blue Bay Beach Resort kommt man schnell ins Zentrum, zum Flughafen und auch der Westen der Insel ist in knapp einer Stunde gut erreichbar."

"This is an apartment rental. It was spacious, clean, nice, safe. The deck outside was especially nice. The Hotels.com listing is slightly wrong: this is further from the beach, maybe 1/2 km, walkable, but not on the beach. Uber is not available. You really need to rent a car to be here as most services are not in walking distance. There are 3 restaurants and a bar on the beach. The hostess helped a arrange a car rental, delivered to the property, very helpful. The unit provided dish soap, but not laundry soap or bath soap. These are readily available at the local grocery store, but, again, not walking distance."

"Beau complexe à quelques minutes de marche d'une superbe plage. Les pièces sont vastes, la vue est superbe, la piscine est tout près et on avait tout ce dont on avait besoin pour cuisiner puisqu'on mangeait principalement sur place. Il est facile de communiquer avec le superviseur (Will). Beau quartier où il est agréable de marcher. Nous avons adoré la plage où les pélicans se donnent en spectacle toute la journée et où la plongée en apnée du côté gauche est très agréable. Il y avait suffisamment de chaises pour tous. En soirée, belle ambiance et des chansonniers de temps à autre. On a bien aimé cet emplacement qui est près de plusieurs belles plages, de l'épicerie Centrum (moins dispendieux qu'au Carrefour) et de Willemstad. Notre coup de coeur pour la plongée en apnée: Tugboat où il est possible de voir une épave. Je retournerais avec plaisir à cet endroit lors d'un prochain séjour."
