「We stayed as family with 2 teenage boys in the Grand Residence for 5 nights which was spectacular, with views across the bay and rainforest. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the cart ride down to the beach was fun. We had a great time, however were disappointed with the food - one night the fish was inedible. We were also let down by the constant power outages and delay in firing up the back up generator - we were left in the dark with no running water for hours on our first night....

「Our stay at Naveria Heights Lodge was fantastic. The location is superb and the staff is one of the nicest we have seen in a while! We enjoyed the breakfasts and the room. The accommodation is positioned on a steeper hill, so you need 4x4 to get up there if you are planning to rent a car. 「私の部屋だけが古く4畳半にも満たない部屋でした。他の白人たちの部屋はこぎれいでオーシャンビュー。私の部屋はオーシャンビューという予約だったにも関わらず、オーシャンどころかプールサイドの裏で作業部屋の近く。7時くらいにはいやでもうるさくて起こされます。しかもプールからは私の部屋や風呂が丸見え。シャワールームは汚くて、サンダルなしには入れません。街からは徒歩30分で不便です。最後の一日だけ部屋を換えてくれると言われたので、それまで我慢していましたが、結局フルブックだったので換えてくれませんでした。働いているフィジアンはとても親切でいい人たちだったんですが、私はこのホテルが悪い印象だったので、サブサブ自体にも悪い印象を持ちました。ホテルズドットコムはキャンセルができないので、田舎都市での連泊は非常に危険です。こんな高い金払ってあんな部屋を用意されるなら、同じ値段ですのでHotspring hotelをお勧めします。（部屋を確認済み）」

「Alex and Avi were wonderful hosts, from allowing early check-in to offering trips into the Bay on their boat. I had plenty of space to read and relax in the guesthouse, with Savusavu’s main street an easy 20 minute taxi ride away (they have a driver they use who they can call on your behalf). I had free use of sea kayaks, and I paid Alex to take me on a snorkeling trip near a sand bar. I recommend booking here!」

「The property was great and accommodated our family of ten very well for over 2 weeks. There were large decks with adjoining swimming pool that provided lots of spaces for sitting out and enjoying the sun.
