宿泊される方は以下の点を留意したほうが良いと思います。 高級オーシャンリゾートというよりは森でのキャンプやグランピング施設といった方がイメージに近い。高級リゾート的な要素を求めていくとがっかりすると思います。 ・予約サイトに出ている写真の通り施設は森の中にあるが、写真のイメージと違うのは施設はかなり老朽化している。 ・虫が苦手な方には特にお勧めできません。 ・バルコニー、ソファ、バスルーム、プールなどは古い。特にバスルームは清潔感があるとは言えない。 ・部屋も暗く、高級施設の基準に無い。 ・PC作業など軽い仕事などをこなすにも不便な部屋の設計。 ・歯ブラシが無いなどアメニティも貧弱。 ・朝食など食事はあまり期待しない方が良い。 ポジティブに言うと、 ・港やコンビニ、ショッピングや外部レストランへのアクセスは良い ・自然の中での暮らしは体感できる。 ・良くも悪くも多くの虫など生き物に出会えると思う。 ・ホテルのスタッフの印象は悪くはない。 高級ホテルを普段利用されている方はご宿泊の際はその点をご留意して宿泊してください。

frendry staff and good location. near pier is good, about 10min by wark. but so tired because garden view room have many steps. If next time I stay in sea view room.

お気に入りのホテルです。
タオ島に行く時は必ず泊まる定宿です。送迎有。（ボートが到着するピアの待合所で大勢の送迎ドライバーさん達が各ホテルの看板持って待機しているので探しましょう。）ウエルカムドリンク有。（美味しい）今回で多分６回目の利用になりますが、毎回迷子になるほど敷地が広く、夜はほぼ真っ暗。（要懐中電灯）森の中なので昆虫類・爬虫類・両生類・リス・猫などいろいろ居ます。（生き物嫌いの人は要注意）シービューコテージエリアから出られるビーチは少し沖がダイビングポイントになっているので、深場でシュノーケルを楽しみたい人におすすめ。シュノーケルセットはレセプション前のダイブショップでレンタル可。（１日100B）なかなか凝った作りのプールが２つ。（下段が深め、上段が浅めで子供用プールは上段にあり）メーハートピアにも徒歩圏内なのでご飯・買い物にも便利。ダイビングの集合にも便利です。

港に近いけど、静かで落ち着いたリゾート
ダイビング旅行で５泊しました。メーハートの港まで車だと遠回りしますが、徒歩だとビーチ沿いに５分ほどで行けて非常に便利です。部屋は必要な要素はすべて揃っていますが、タオは近くのサムイほど開発されてはいないので、豪華なリゾートをイメージされている方にはちょっと違うかもしれません。各コテージは程よく離れており、静かな時間を過ごせます。従業員の接客はとても良いです。客のほとんどはヨーロピアンで滞在中日本人に会うことはありませんでした。１組だけチャイニーズのご夫婦がいました。特筆は夜のレストランで、海辺で素晴らしい料理をいただくことができます。タオの街中のレストランなどでは同レベルの食事はなかなか食べられないかと思います。 またダイビングで早朝出発の時は朝食のボックスを作ってくれたり細やかな対応も快くしてもらえます。

リゾートらしいホテルでした。坂がないのがよかった。ただ部屋外テラスにソファなど があるため蚊の対策をしないとくつろげなかったのは残念。蚊取り線香は必須です。

気取らずにのんびりできる
島に着いたらホテルの人がピックアップに来てくれていたので、ホテルまでスムーズでした。リゾート内は静かでやさしい雰囲気。スタッフもとても親切で、ちょうど良い距離感だと感じました。5才の子どもを連れて行ったのですが、彼は帰国を前に熱を出してしまいました。困ってレセプションに相談にいくといろいろ親切にしていただいて、こんなときの心遣いは本当に身にしみてありがたかったです。プールが見えるコテージに泊まりました。子どもは大喜びで、朝から夕方までプール！プール！異国の女の子たちに混じって（勝手にくっついて回って）一緒に飛び込んだりして。。。。。。（飛び込むなんて日本では許されないよね）身長101cmの彼には、浮き輪やヘルパーが大変役に立ちました。（子供でも足がつく浅いプールもありますが、そこにたどり着くにはある程度の筋力が必要）プールサイドでココナッツジュースを飲みたかったけど、そのうちに。。。と思っているうちに子どもが発熱し、それどころじゃなくなり今思えば残念。レストランの食事もおいしかった。子どもを椅子に座らせてくれたり、クッションを重ねてくれたり、スタッフの皆さんとてもやさしい。値段も手頃だと思います。子ども連れだと眠っちゃったりして毎回レストランには寄れないけどね。熱帯の鳥の鳴き声や、ちょうちょ、小さいカエル、トカゲ、木をつたう猿のようなリスのような生き物に子どもも私も、興奮していました。部屋には蚊はいないけど、ベランダで夕食にしていたら、大きいのが来ました。大きいですが動きは鈍いです。 20年ほど前にもこの島には来たことがあります。その頃はこんなに立派なリゾートは想像もつきませんでした。シンプルでロマンティックなバンガローに私が泊まったあの頃から、島はリゾートとして大きく発展して、でも素朴な雰囲気は残している。滞在中のんびりさせてもらいました。

静かに過ごせます
お部屋もレストランもビーチも快適でした。お部屋はすごく静かで、のんびりできます。ＴＶがないので家族の会話も増えます。Wifiの入りは悪かったのですが、レセプションでは入るので必要な時はレセプションに行きました。プールは深さもいろいろあり、子供から大人まで楽しむことができます。朝食はビーチが見える場所でとりました。屋根付きの場所は蚊が多いので注意が必要でした。ビーチにはチェアーがあるのでのんびりできますよ。

This is an awesome location, it’s walking distance from the ko tao pier. The food was amazing, the staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are like little private treehouses. The grounds are stunning, right on the coast line with a beautiful, multi tiered pool and huge granite rocks decorating the property. The front desk arranged a private boat tour for us where we were able to snorkel and they even packed us lunch to take. Overall a wonderful experience. Will definitely be back!

Ant infest bungalows
Terrible resort. The room I booked I did not get and when I checked into the room there were tiny ants crawling all over the bed and the AC unit was barely working. When asked to move rooms I was told all rooms have ants we are a nature resort. I then cancelled filmy reservation and had to rebook same day for a new resort where Management team at Sensi confirmed I would be refunded. Now five days later they are refusing refund and not responding to Expedia. Dnt stay here

Magnifique hôtel composé de bungalow dans la pure tradition Thaï avec un très bon confort. Les hébérgements sont magnifiquement intégrés à la végatation luxuriante. Quel luxe de ne pas avoir de téléviseur. Décoration un peu désuète mais qui fait le charme de l'endroit. Excellent service. Transfert gratuits de notre arrivée au port de Koh Tao à l’hôtel et pareil au départ. Seul le petit déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur. Mais cet hotel est juste adjacent au port et à ses nombreux commerces, restaurants et bars. C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel et j'y reviendrai assurément.

Lots of steps
Absolutely loved our stay, however the steps were a killer, if you have problems with hilly areas make sure you request a room without...sadly there aren't many, we did ask to move however they wanted to charge us £100 per night ...not great when we had bought a lot of friends & family to the site, 24hrs after another of our group arrived who were much younger & they were given a room right on the beach front...!! Staff were very friendly & helpful as were all the shops & eateries we visited.

Wir würden sehr herzlich empfangen. Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage die allerdings an manchen Stellen ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Wir hatten ein Familien-Bungalow direkt am Strand. Der Bungalow war sehr geräumig hatte eine super Lage aber grade was das Bad angeht ist dieser sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Leider hatten wir ein paar Tage Pech mit Kakerlaken im Zimmer was sich auf den meisten Inseln nicht vermeiden lässt, dennoch aber sehr unangenehm ist. Die Lage des Hotels ist iIdeal, da man gleich in Pier Nähe und am Ort des Geschehens ist. Allerdings wer sehr viel Wert auf Ruhe am Strand legt, den können der Schiffsverkehr zu laut sein. Wir für unseren Teil können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

This is the best place to stay in koh Tao. The staff will give you better service than you’ve ever gotten. The bungalows are peaceful and wonderful. The food is good, and the beaches are the best.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, was allerdings die Zimmer betraf waren die mehr als spartanisch. Kein Schrank, keine Möglichkeit für Kleiderbügel. Keine Schubladen. Man muss alles im Koffer lassen. Da es am Hang liegt muss man viele Treppen gehen, die In der Dunkelheit schlecht oder gar nich beleuchtet sind. Dazu kommt dass die Stufen total unterschiedlich in der Höhe sind. Das Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet.

Beautiful beach stay
Love this place! The staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent beach access and a few minutes walkaway from town, but you feel beautifully remote. The hotel provides sarongs and beach bags in the rooms - so convenient! The 11am check-in is also a big plus. I loved my stay here.

Uitstekend resort met vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kleine attenties zoals een kopje jasmijnthee in de middag en service in de vorm van het sluiten van de gordijnen en muggennet aan het eind van de middag zijn er allemaal bij inbegrepen. Personeel heeft duidelijk plezier in het werk. Alleen jammer dat de bedden gedurende een verblijf van een week niet verschoond werden

Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Die Bungalows waren einfach traumhaft, wie im Paradies. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Bungalows wurden jeden Tag perfekt aufgeräumt. Unser Bungalow war direkt am Strand, perfekt. Das Frühstück war genial. Alles was unser Herz begehrt war vorhanden. Wir würden sofort wieder Urlaub im Sensi Paradise machen.

Overall, Sensi was a great stay and a great value. We were a little disappointed with the quality of the on-site restaurant, however.

Lækkert sted - boede i hytte 35, som er i anden række og med seaview. Søde og smilende tjenere overalt - lækkert sted. 10 min gang på stranden, inden man kommer til "gå gaden" med en masse tilbud. Restaurant fin - god betjening og rimelige priser. Det bedste var de søde og smilende staff over alt

Tolles resort , Personal einfach vom besten , haben sogar 3 tagen verlängert. Frühstück vom Feinsten, waren einfach zufrieden.

Rekomderas varmt
Otroligt bra ställe att bo på. Trevlig personal och väldigt lungt pch skönt på kvällarna. Bra restaurang. Hela ön är 20% billigare än motsvarande på koh samui. Vi har bott här några gånger innan. Och har alltid blivit bra bemötta. Ett av de få ställen i världen vi valt att återkomma till. Ett speciellt ställe på ön för oss har varit bananarock en kort båttur från hotellet. Åker ni direkt efter frukost hsr nii stranden för er själva. Bifogar ett foto som jag tog förra veckan. Kortfattat helt ok. Inte överdådigt på nåttt sätt. Men ett paradisö som ligger lite utanför stressen.
