離島に行くなら便利なホテル
タオ島の前泊で利用しました。港が目の前で非常に便利。周辺は田舎で多くのお店はありませんが、レストランやマッサージ店もあり、不便は感じませんでした。

最高でした！
タオ島からフェリーが到着してすぐ横がホテルなので(ロビーは反対側Googleマップの道案内はロビー側を案内するので歩いて7分とか遠い道を指します)レストラン側に大きい荷物を持って入るとすぐにレストランのスタッフが私たちに気付きすぐに駆け寄ってくれてここで待つよう言われてカートを呼びに行ってくれました。カートでロビーに行くとなんとロビーににゃんこちゃんが気持ち良さそうに伸びて寝てるではないてますか！！癒されました！ スタッフも皆さんフレンドリーで周りにレストランやお店もあって快適。バイクもホテルや向かいの店で借りることができます。ホテルのバイクが全部出払っていたのでお向かいの店で私達は借りました。ホテルよりちょっと安かった。 街中と違って本当に静かでお客さんもヨーロピアンの家族連れの方が多いので騒いでるような人もおらず静かでのんびりできると思います。賑やかで便利な方がいいと言う人には向いてませんが静かにのんびりしたい人にはぴったり！前のビーチも泳ぎ放題なくらいあまり人がいない。透明度はいまいちでしたがゴミとかはなかったです。 またサムイ島に行った時は是非利用したいです。 レストランもそう高くなく美味しかったです！

タオ島へ行くための前後泊に利用しました。フェリー乗り場が隣なので、移動がとても簡単です。滞在中は、静かにゆっくり過ごせました。スタッフの方も皆親切です。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

フェリー乗り場がすぐ隣！ゆっくり過ごせるホテル
タオ島へ渡るためにの前後泊に利用しました。ロンプラヤフェリー乗り場が、すぐ隣なのでフェリー利用の方には、とても便利だと思います。静かに、のんびり過ごしたい方にもオススメです。スタッフの方は、みなさん親切で優しく対応してくれます。心地良い滞在でした(^^)

タオに渡る前に泊まるだけなら
ボート乗り場から近いホテルなので、 泊まるだけと考えたら良し。 アメニティは揃ってないので、用意が必要です。 夜は真っ暗で一人では出歩けなかったので、 ルームサービスがあってよかった。

BEST LOCATION
the hotel locates next to ferry terminal. the service and pool were very nice. we only stayed a night for transit and we choose the cheapest room. the cost performance was good and it's enough to stay for a night. but if we stay longer, i would stay in the other room. overall, it's good.

ロンプラヤのフェリー乗り場まで歩いて30秒くらい。朝ごはんをゆっくり食べても間に合います。レストランは海辺の雰囲気の良い感じ。チェックアウトしてから朝ごはん。レセプションからレストランまではカートで移動出来て楽です。エアコンはうるさいですが、窓を開けて寝れば涼しいので苦にはならなかった。

タオ・パンガン島へ行く方・ダイバーに便利です
タオ島に行くために一泊しました。サムイ空港からは相乗りＭＩＮＩ　ＢＵＳで150バーツ/人で着きます。ビーチのレストランからロンパヤピアチケットカウンターまで1分で行けるので、チェックアウトし、スーツケースをレストランに置いておけば出航時間の15分前までのんびり朝食を取れます。 ビーチも静かで綺麗ですし、ホテルを出れば安価なレストラン、ミニマート、マッサージもあるので便利です。空港での両替は1万円で2900バーツでしたが、ホテル近くの両替所では銀行と同じ3060バーツ位でした。次回もタオ島に行くときは利用したいと思います。 今回は借りませんでしたがバイクもフロントで手配してくれるようで、250バーツ/日とのことでした。

Was a great place to stay for the catching the ferry in the morning! It was basic in its room but all I needed for an overnight stay. The staff were fabulous. I would stay there again if I was traveling the area.

Pros- friendly staff, beautiful quiet beach area, comfortable bed and convenient walk to mini mart 2 min. down the road with several massage places and restaurants. Good value for the price would stay again. Only con was the bumgalow I stayed in had very thin walls could hear conversations and late night drinking but easy fix with white noise app for sleeping.

Für ein 3 Sterne Anlage sehr schön. Manches ist in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte Reparatur bzw. Austausch. Vor allem z.T die Betten in den einfachen Hüttchen! Frühstück war Okay, nichts besonderes. Aber für die Kategorie völlig in Ordnung. Die Lage ist ein Traum. Ruhig, fernab vom Trubel, dennoch mit Roller alles super zu erreichen. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Das Coco Palm Beach ist ein sehr schön gelegenes, ruhiges und entspanntes Hotel. Für uns ist die Lage super, der Strand ist, abgesehen von den vielen Liegenreservierern, wunderschön. Das Publikum ist hauptsächlich deutschsprachig … daher wohl auch das reservieren der Liegen. Aktuell gibt es eine riesige Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel. Alle Poolvillas sind davon unmittelbar betroffen. Bagger und anderes Großgerät fährt direkt vor diesen herum. Für uns war deswegen der Private Pool so gut wie nicht nutzbar und die Nacht um 08Uhr wegen Baulärm vorbei. Schade dass dies weder auf der Homepage des Hotels noch bei Expedia erwähnt wird!!

Our Coco Experience
It was a nice place to stay. The beach needs to be cleaned everyday as lots of rubbish. The room was nice but attention to detail i.e. toilet paper (we had to ask for some), dust ceiling fan. Overall, staff are awesome and very helpful.

I’ve Stayed at many resorts in Samui - most have been a bit more central around Bophut, Bang Rak and Chaweng. This place is about 10-15 minutes from the “action” of these aforementioned areas. At first I was hesitant but grew to really enjoy the tranquility of this beach front bungalow resort. It’s very charming - and the pool area And restaurant are very nice - as nice or better than many more expensive resorts. Probably because they have such a wide beac front area. Parking is easy. I switched from a superior bungalow to s deluxe and I felt it was worth it. Still extremely cheap for what you get. And I got a good Thai style with oil massage at the Coconut Masasge center on site for just 400 THB. This felt like a more authentic and relaxing stay than almost anywhere else I e stayed

Okay.
Overall I had a good stay at coco palm resort. Even though it was a bit away from the Main Street but that’s on me for not checking before I booked it. The room was fairly clean, the bed was very hard but they accommodated me with a topping for my mattress so it became a bit softer. The private pool needs serious cleaning though. It’s filled with lime scale and other gunk so they should really scrub it. Also found some dead geckos in my room that never was removed. Another thing that bothered me was the staff in the breakfast area. Before I had even finished eating they would come and take my plate, it was very stressful and I saw it happened to other guests too. But the food selection was okay, although the bacon was undercooked every day so I didn’t dare to eat it. The restaurant menu was well sorted but and most of the food was good, but do not eat the tuna pizza, very soggy and undercooked and also filled with whole garlic pieces hiding inside. Also as a person with allergies it would be nice if the restaurant staff would learn a little bit more of the basic English words.

Mauvais lits et intoxications
Nous avons séjourné sur une courte durée dans cet hôtel. Nous avons très été déçu au vu du prix de la chambre (180€ par nuit) de la très médiocre qualité de la literie. Nous avons tous été intoxiqué suite à un jus de fruit avec glaçons. Il est étonnant que les glaçons ne soient pas fait à base d’eau minéral étant donné la fréquentation exclusive de touristes occidentaux.

Great Place, Poor Bed
This was our second stay at Coco Palm in a beachfront bungalow (unit 124 this time, 123 last time). The stay was very nice with two exceptions- the bed was much to firm and uncomfortable, like sleeping on a concrete slab. The television was abysmal, no improvement since our previous stay in 2016. I rate the staff, restaurant and facilities excellent otherwise. Great location for a quiet, laid back stay in Koh Samui. If you are taking Lomprayah High Speed Catamaran to/from Chumphon, Koh Tao or Koh Phan Gan, the pier is a two minute walk.

Toller erholsamer Urlaub
Obwohl die Anlage schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, war es ein toller Urlaub. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt, Handtücher und Strandtücher gibt es ebenfalls täglich neu. Die Anlege wird täglich von heruntergefallenen Blättern gereinigt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielseitig und das Personal der kompletten Anlage sehr freundlich. Lediglich die Härte der Matratzen in den Standardzimmern bleibt zu bemängeln, wobei der sofort gebrachte Topper etwas mehr Bequemlichkeit brachte.

The outdoor surroundings are very nice. If you are looking for a hanging out in a resort it could be a good choice. Be aware that the location is a little remote. The rooms are clean, but a little rustic. The staff is very nice and friendly

Quiet and out of the bustle of the city. Perfect for relaxing. Some amenities were closed, but that is happening everywhere in the island.
