"This is not a normal hotel. It is a small apartment with cooking hot plate, microwave, washing machine/dryer. Typical Japanesebth and shower, in room airconditioner. About a 10 minute walk to Kokubunji Train Station. All directions in room are in Japanese. So you will need a translation app. Also office staff has very limited English and they use a translation app too. You will get a feel for living in Japan with a small grocery store about a 3 minute walk. Enjoy."

"Great stay! The staff were very nice and attentive. Helpful with travel, bag shipping, taxis, and whatnot. Directly across the street from the Swallows baseball stadium. We were able to watch a bit of a game from our window. Even with the game going to extra innings, the room remained quiet."

"The location was good - close to the center of shinjuku but far enough to avoid the noise. The staffs were very helpful and the laundry facilities were well organized. The rooms are ok sized for Japanese standards."
