「This property is quaintly located in Cannonville and is reasonably close to Bryce Canyon entrance. Our group of seven adults fit very comfortably in the house. The kitchen is well stocked, and the furnishings are very comfortable. Communication with the host was prompt, helpful, and courteous. I highly recommend this property for your travels to Bryce Canyon, Grand Staircase, or any other nearby attraction.」

「Location is remove enough to have privacy but close enough to get into a town within 5-10 mins. Beautiful scenic mountains on all sides! Home had more than enough space, super clean, well written instructions and everything was labeled! The tub / shower were great and the fireplaces were a nice touch! Free snacks, how can you go wrong?! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Close to the parks!」

「The pictures don’t do the home or the location Justice. This is an incredible stay! Minutes away from Bryce and close to many other parks. The kitchen and bathrooms and truly every other part of the home- it’s pure luxury. Heated kitchen floor!!! Which is soooo good when you’re trying to get moving in the morning! My hubby and I were seriously so sad to leave it, I just have to hope it’s still on VRBO when it’s time for us to return. Fingers crossed!!!」

「Beatiful early 1900s home. It could use some refreshing. The shag carpet was dated and should be changed to hardwoods. The Heating system did not work but they supplied space heaters that worked.」

「Despite the nice (albeit muddy) backyard, the washer/dryer that worked, and our host being responsive and even coming out to help with the oven, it wasn’t enough to ever recommend anyone to stay at this property. The trailer is located in an extremely run down area, full of of other uncared for trailers, many full of junk in their yards. This trailer was very old, with soft spots in the floors on the verge of falling through when stepped on, gaps between the wall and door, windows in poor...
