It was a great place to spend time without thinking about anything. One thing I would like to see improved is the shuttle service within the hotel grounds. Please note that if you choose a room far from the pick-up location, you will have to walk a considerable distance. However, it seems that small children, pregnant women, and people who require assistance will be transported by cart.

コロナ前に宿泊したことがあり、コロナ明けで2023年5月に3泊しました。大前提ですが、こちらは欧米系の観光客向けなので両替サービスに日本円はリストに含まれていませんし、もちろん日本語の話せるスタッフなどはおりません。英語が最低限出来れば問題ないと思います。建築物は多少古さはありますが、やっぱり素晴らしいです。周りの自然ととても調和が取れていて、どこで写真を撮っても絵になります。今回1番残念だったのは、レストランの注文が全て座席のQRコードで注文するように変更されていましたが、全てのレストランでメニューが統一されていました。そんなに品数も多くないです（タイフードなどのカテゴリごとに5、6種類程度。タイフードかパスタ、ピザ、ハンバーガーのローテーションになりました）。朝はブッフェですが、それ以外はどこで食べても全く同じメニューなので3泊でも飽きがきます。もう少し短い滞在なら良いかもしれません。コロナ前に行った時の印象が素晴らしくて今回再訪しましたが、残念ながら今回は食事の楽しみを感じられませんでした。次回は別のホテルを探してみようと思いました。

2歳と3歳を連れての子連れ旅行でした。スタッフのホスピタリティがとてもよく、レストランの景色は最高でした！ビーチにプールに何日あっても足りないくらい遊べました！ただ宿がとても広く迎車はあるのですが部屋から移動する際はバス停まで行かないとならないみたいで、レストラン、ビーチ、プールまで移動するのが少し大変でした。またレストランは全てメニューが同じとのことで、毎日ほぼ同じメニューを食べるしかなかったのが少し残念です。

居住区が敷地内に点在しており、レストラン等への移動にはシャトルバスサービスを使います。部屋は広くきれいで、天蓋付のベッドを初めて使いました。ヤオヤイ島とプーケット本島往来のタクシーサービスもありますし、時間が合わなければ民間のスピードボートも使えます。出発時間が早かったため、朝食代わりにお弁当を作っていただきました。

Beautiful Thai Style resort

Beautiful Thai style resort on untouched island. Resort is huge and need to take shuttles to go up and down. Our room is located on the top of the cliff near infinity pool with amazing bay and island view. Enjoyed bubble bath from balcony every day. Easy access by using hotel transportation service by airport pick up and boat transfer from Phuket airport. But food quality need to improve. Mai tai tasted awful. If you order buy one get one cocktail during happy hour, size of cocktail glasses is much smaller than normal hours. So it’s the same amount of drink but devised to 2 smaller glasses.

朝食とてもおいしいです。ビュッフェ形式なので好きなだけ8時から10時までずっと食べれます。いつもフルーツたくさん出てきます。敷地内でトレイルランもできます。非常にアップダウン激しい約5kmです。暑いので遅くても6時から走り始めた方がいいです。遅いと太陽が出て日差しで暑くります。

空港からのピックアップから港までの移動、港からホテルまで迷うことなく行けたのがよかったです。空港にはきちんと人が立って迎えてくれるし、港に着いてからもボートに乗る前のラウンジエリアまでドライバーが連れて行ってくれたから、不安もありませんでした。ホテルは想像以上によかったです。お部屋が素敵過ぎてずっといたかったくらい。ホテル以外何もないから、アクティビティやスパとか割高だけど、したほうがいいかも。三日間くらいいるならビーチサイドでのんびり本読むのもありと思います。10月下旬に二泊で行きましたが、雨降ったのは三時間くらいでした。

食事が価格の割にクオリティが低い凝った造りのホテルで部屋も素敵ですが、客室数が多くゲストも多いのでサービスが行き届いてないと感じる部分がある。スパも施設は良いが価格のわりにセラピストの技術が低いと感じた。自然の中なので仕方ないがテラスにアリがたかる。

。。。。。。。。。ホテルの施設は大変良いです。しかしホテルの外は何もありません。5日間滞在したのですが3日間で十分です。朝昼夜食はレストランはいくつか、ありますが飽きてきますホテルからのツアーも、ありますがプーケット島からのツアーの倍以上します。ホテルとプーケット島をむすぶスピードボートが900バーツですが島の反対側からは300バーツです

新婚旅行で来ました。独身時代に一度来ており、ハネムーンはここと決めていました。日本人がほとんどいないので、プライベート感は増します。スタッフのみなさんも親切です。プーケットの飛行機の国際線は深夜便が多く、帰りはアーリーチェックアウトをしましたが、プライベートボードも出してくれて、島へのアクセスはフレキシブルに対応可能です。雨季のローシーズンだったので、プール付きの部屋もお得に泊まれました。また、来たい思い出の場所です。

心からオススメします！ぜひ一度は体験してみてください。夢のようなひとときを過ごせます。部屋は美しく、おしゃれで、貸し切りプールで海を見ながら泳ぐのは最高です。スタッフの皆さんはよく教育されていて、とても気持ちよく接客してくれます。レストラン内の飲食店は相場に比べて高いですが、サービス代込みと思えば納得できます。文句の付け用のない楽しい滞在でした。ただ、個人的な反省は、フライト時間と島までのスピードボートの時間をもっと丁寧に調べるべきだったこと。エアアジアの到着遅延で予約した最終ボートに乗れず、電話でつたない英語を使ってホテルに連絡し、何とか翌朝に変更しました。その際もわざわざホテルの人が夜にエアポートまで迎えに来てくれ、もちろん自費ですが、空港近くのホテルに連れて行ってくれ、とても安心しました（ゴキブリの出るような残念なホテルでしたが笑）。また最終日はフライト時間が早朝だったため、そもそもスピードボートがなく、１泊分を切り上げて早めに空港近くに戻ってホテルをさらに別で予約しました。当初４泊のつもりが、結局サンティヤには２泊となってしまい、残念でした。

家族で４泊しました。雨季であり天気の心配もありましたが、ホテル内での施設も充実しているため親子で楽しめました。また、日本人もほとんど宿泊していないためゆっくりと過ごすことが出来ました。

施設は一流、サービスは三流

こちらのホテルにはプレオープン時から宿泊していて、今回6回めの滞在でした。タイ様式の建築デザインの施設、お部屋と景色には何回来ても夢のような気持ちで過ごせます。趣の違うプールも2つあり、無料のムエタイやヨガ教室もあり、コスパ面で考えるとありえないくらいの素晴らしい施設のホテルです。ただ、食事はブッフェもアラカルトもハッキリ美味しくないです。また、サービスはホスピタリティもなく、スロー、ミスが多い（頼んだことが1回で出来た例がない）例えば部屋の移動に伴い、お願いしていた荷物の移動もできていなく、3回言ってようやく完了など・・・（待つこと約1時間。ちなみに友人は荷物を紛失されたそうです。）どうやらスタッフ同士の伝達がうまく回っていないようす。施設は5つ星にふさわしいグレードで本当に素晴らしいですので、サービス面は気にしない！という方にはオススメ。あ、wifiはスロー、日によってはほとんどつかない日もあったので、お仕事などで必要な方は自前のご準備をオススメします。

オフシーズンに、ベイビューの部屋を1万円/泊くらいで3泊しました。スタッフはみんな愛想よく、すれ違う時もいつも挨拶してくれます。無料のヨガクラスやムエタイクラスも参加しました。それぞれ会場が違うので、同日に受けると割と移動時間がタイトになってバタバタしましたし、印象に残りづらかったです。。日程に余裕があれば1日１つとかの方がオススメです。朝食は美味しかったです。何よりロケーションが素晴らしいので、水すら美味しく感じますw 飽きさせないようにメニューも少しずつ変化してました。ホテルの周りには食事するような場所は無いので、基本的にホテルのレストランで食事することになります。酒を飲まない30代2人分でお昼が大体700バーツ、夜が1000バーツくらいだったと思います。ご参考程度に。全て部屋付での精算なので、ホテル内ではサインだけで済むのはとても楽チンでした。誕生日に重なっていたのですが、ホテルスタッフがちゃんと把握していて、朝食会場でお祝いの言葉を頂き、その後部屋にケーキを届けてくれました！こんなサービスは初めてだったので、本当に感激しました。部屋への移動はシャトルバスとのレビューが多いですが、ヴァラタイプの部屋は全てシャトルバス移動になります。シービューとベイビューの部屋は建物が7つあり、シャトルバスは途中までしか送ってくれないので、それ以降は歩きになります。1番遠いのはうちらが泊まったベイビューの棟で、歩く距離は400メートルくらいでしょうか。景色が良いので気にならないレベルですが、「全てシャトルバスで移動」とレビューを信じてたので、「あ、それはヴィラに泊まる金持ちだけのサービスで、貧乏人は歩かせられるんやな、、」と一瞬凹みました笑送迎のスピードボートが高いですが、結果的に全て本当に安かったと思える最高のホテルでした。また絶対泊まりたいです！！ホテルだけでのんびり過ごすって今回初めてでしたが、最高でした！！

部屋も清潔で、開放的。ホテル内レストランもほとんどオーシャンビュー。食事も美味しいし、リゾートの割にリーズナブル。無料で付いてきた朝食ビュッフェを海を眺めながら食べれたのが最高でした。ホテルスタッフの方々も気さくで、ストレスなしに心からリラックス出来る空間でした。

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und versucht hilfsbereit zu sein. Essen und Sauberkeit sind sehr gut. Nur war ich vom Stand und Meer sehr enttäuscht. Schnorcheln geht garnicht. Auch wenn das Hotel den Müll vom Strand entfernt, ist das Wasser sehr schmutzig. Und sobald man am Strand etwas weiter geht, ist er zugemüllt. Das Hotel schrieb mir, nachdem ich gebucht hatte,, ich würde bei Ankunft den Transfer zur Insel nicht bekommen, da der Flug immer Verspätung habe. Ich habe also ein Hotel auf Phuket gebucht. Fies war überhaupt nicht nötig. Auch bei Verspätung hat man genug Zeit. Die gebuchte Nacht habe ich nicht erstattet bekommen. Es hieß, ich solle mich damit an Expedia wenden. Ich hatte dummerweise meine falsche, abgelaufene Kreditkarte mitgenommen. Das Hotel war nicht in der Lage mir zu helfen. Da ich alleine Unterwegs war, bedeutete dies, dass ich kein Geld zur Verfügung hatte. Dieses Problem wurde mit einen sehr freundlichen von Tag zu Tag aufschieben, bis zur Abreise nicht behoben. Schade, mit Geld kann die Insel sicher sehr interessant sein.

Really good service, only thing is, if you are afraid of lizards and frogs, and all of those fields animal, i would not recomend this resort for you. But after that, it was really beautiful, peacefull, food was really delicius and cheap.
