Merci d'avoir souligné les aspects positifs de votre séjour ainsi que les légères déceptions. Malheureusement, une taxe gouvernementale importante est imposée sur le vin, mais elle devrait bientôt être réduite. Regarding the transportation, I realize the confusion and disappointment caused. Our semi-private transfer includes a shared taxi to the pier, a public speedboat, and then a private mini-van to Bang Rong. I understand that the cost and nature of this service may not have been clear, and I apologize for any confusion. Please know that it is a common practice for hotels to include a commission for organizing these transfers, as it involves coordinating different modes of transport. However, your feedback has highlighted the need for us to communicate this more clearly in the future. I also want to address your concerns about the room and the pool area. It seems we missed the mark in providing the quality experience you deserved. I regret any discomfort or inconvenience this caused I must also emphasize our policy regarding the sunbeds, which is in place to ensure fairness for all guests. We remove unattended towels after a minimum of 30 minutes to prevent reservation without use, which is a common issue in many hotels.
