"Do not stay here, the place is unfinished and the staff whilst helpful are untrained. The ‘beach’ is a strip of sand behind concrete blocks. The sea and surrounding areas are very dirty and lots of rubbish. At one end there is tones of rubbish piled up, the other end there is a huge rusty barge that has pumps and welders on all day.
The resort is on a very steep hillside and the only way to get up to room is by buggy which never arrives when you order it.

"Property needs a lot of work, inside and out. Sink handle broken, lizards running around in the rooms, and we found a worm. Next door resort saved our trip with entertainment and food. Should've stayed there 😔"

"This was our second visit to this wonderful hotel and we would return again.
The staff are brilliant and very friendly. They work so hard to give the guests a good time. The grounds are gorgeous and very well looked after.
Our room overlooking the pool and the ocean was well appointed and fit our family of 4. One negative we felt was the price of the extra bed for our daughter.
Otherwise, we love this hotel and would love to return again."
"Saii phi phi truly felt like paradise. We stayed here for 2 nights to relax. The staff were so friendly.
They have 2 pools normally but 1 of them was under maintenance which was unfortunate. It made the 1 pool very busy and hard to get a lounging chair.
We ate at ruan and api restaurant. Both places were great. Ruan is in the forest so there was a high chance for bug bites. The restaurant was also very far from our villa and the staff was happy to call buggy service which was such a nice treat!
Getting to the resort was a bit of work and I highly recommend you wear sandals because getting on and off the long boat depended on whether or not its high or low tide. You might have to walk out further and into the water. "
"Yes, the buffet was excellent and I enjoyed the pool. All was almost perfect except for some details like: you need to stack up more toilet paper. As it often happens, people get sick and we need more toilet paper. Thanks"

"This resort isAMAZING and the view from my room was surreal. I regret only staying two nights and I will definitely go back for at least week. This is the place to be when you want a relaxed vacation with some peace and quiet away from all the noise. Going during low season was a good move as it wasn't as crowded as it probably is during peak season but the weather was still wonderful. The staff is very polite and attentive. Always ready to jump in and help however they can. The Coconut rum drink at the "by the sea restaurant" was my addiction!!! Soooo good. "
