Pros- If you are planning to go to the full moon party this is the place to stay, within a couple of minutes away. Jack the manager of the property was very friendly and helpful. Cons- If you are planning to get some sleep during the full moon party, forget it. I think i got maybe two hours sleep because of the craziness going on until the next day. Overall would do it all again, good times!

Dirty and noisy but cheap and in a good location

Pros: location is great, just down the street from all the action; the AC works well; pillows were nice; no bugs that I saw; it's super cheap Cons: dirty, stained sheets on one of our beds (when i told management, he just said "ok."); the windows and doors are paper thin so you can hear absolutely everything as if it's right in your room; no toilet paper provided in the room. Overall, if you are just passing out after full moon, maybe none of this would bother you. Any other kind of stay, book somewhere else.

Friendly staff close to action

Basic room for the full moon party. Friendly staff always ready to help and make accommodations (+). Close to the action of haad rin. But room is basic and wifi was always down.
