Very quiet despite its great access to public transportation. A few parking spots behind the house, with a public parking garage across the street. Safe neighborhood to walk around in at night. "Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ausstattung bestimmt mind. 40 Jahre alt. Duschvorhang! Überall Flecken von getöteten Insekten, Spinnen in den Ecken. Häkelgardinen. Staub auf dem Teppich, um die Bettecken. Terrasse dreckig, unaufgeräumt. Passt einfach nicht mehr in die Zeit. Und schon garnicht für den Preis."

"Für mich allein war das O. K. weil günstig und verkehrstechnich gut erreichbar, Parkmöglichkeit vor der Tür ohne Zusatzkosten. Frühstück war auch O. K. jedoch sonntags im Hotel Aquarius, was weiter entfernt liegt, zu Fuß zu weit, man muss Auto oder Fahrrad nutzen."
