"We booked an en-suite Japanese room. The futons didn’t get rolled away in the day. We arrived and there were no towels in the room. They were provided when we asked. The room had a toilet in one room, a “bath tub” in another- when I say bath it was like a load of pallets nailed together! At least there was plenty of hot water.
