Lots of Privacy On A Lake 20 Minutes From Disney With A Private Pool!

4 bedroom Villa named 'Paradise Found' is located on a lake with privacy. The lanai has a south facing heated pool with ample area for lounging around it. The pool has solar heating which is free. The pool also has gas heating as a supplement during the winter which there is an additional charge for if you want it. . There are lots of birds and other wildlife to enjoy as the property borders on a conservation area. Imagine a location like this and only 20minutes from Disney!

The spacious master bedroom with a king size bed has a flat screened TV. It has an adjoining bathroom and sliding door to the pool area. A second bedroom features a queen size bed and TV. The third bedroom has twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a. Queen size bed.

The family room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a new large flat screened TV with Netflix included. There is also a separate spacious living room which adjoins a large dining room for family meals. Both the living room and the family room have plenty of seating for all and both open to the screened pool area.

The fully equipped kitchen also has a breakfast bar for a quick meal or drink.

There is also a separate game room that has a pool table and ping pong table for family fun!

To top it all off there is a laundry room with washer and dryer. The whole house is equipped with free hi-speed wireless internet (free wifi) to keep everyone in touch. The house also has central air conditioning as well as heating for year round comfort.

All in all this house is a perfect vacation getaway with an affordable price.

Great Vacation Home!

Everything was perfect. Great being in a home instead of a one room hotel room. We all loved it and the hot tub and heated pool were great bonuses. The neighbors and neighborhood were great also, very nice. We would definitely stay here again if we were to be in that area. The hostess Maria was so nice and very helpful. Quick to respond, although we had no issues at sll.

Very nice home, responsive host

House was very clean and in a nice neighborhood. It was just as described. The pool was chilly so we paid the extra 100 to have it heated. There was an issue with the dishwasher leaking, and the host addressed it promptly. Overall, it was a delightful trip!

House is very comfortable! Has everything you need to have a good stay. Grocery, Walmart stores are quite a distance and a very busy road behind the house.

Disney getaway

Crescent Lakes was immaculate. The owner of the property was very accommodating to all our needs. My 9 y/o daughter enjoyed days in the pool and i enjoyed resting in the hot tub after walking miles around the disney parks. The property was a win win for my family and I. Thanks for a great time!!

A Simply Wonderful Rental!

There is so much good to say about this rental! We rented the house for a week for our Disney World honeymoon. It was so nice and private and quiet. The hot tub is amazing. The house was well stocked, the king bed is so comfortable and we just loved it. We look forward to coming back again.

Nice Orlando Stay

We enjoyed our stay in this home. It had everything we needed for 10 days. The pool and hot tub were amazing. The bed was comfortable and the pond behind gave for interesting wildlife views while sunbathing. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Nice quick trip!

Great communication with owner prior to and during trip. House was clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub along with the privacy. Unfortunately had to cut our stay short , but would stay again.

We had a great time at the property. The kids loved the pool. Very clean and convenient to theme parks! Only about a 30 minute drive to parks. Had everything we needed and more. Would stay again.

Fantastic family honeymoon

Maria was a wonderful host with a beautiful home in a quiet area that was well located for trips to both Disney and International Drive, via much nicer scenic routes as opposed to the stress of the freeways. The home was extremely well equipped with everything you could need for a family holiday with all ages. We travelled with our 17 month old son who had just started walking and the house could not have been better set up for a little one, including cots, high chairs and even plug socket covers. Maria was fantastic to communicate with and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. The lovely pool area overlooks a fantastic lake with lots of birdlife that we enjoyed watching when our little one was napping. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Amazing house

This was our 3rd time staying here and we love it! Love the lake behind the house and the size of the house. Great pool area. Maria is an amazing host. We would love to stay again. We were a family of 4 staying here (2 parents, 1 adult daughter (21) and 1 child (10). We stayed for 3 weeks and loved every day of our vacation.

Delightful villa

We had a wonderful week at this delightful, tastefully decorated villa. It was spacious, clean, orderly and all that we needed was provided. Best vacation ever

Maria’s property is amazing! Perfect for a busy family looking to make the most of your Disney trip. Pool was fantastic and the hot tub made the parents trip worth it. Close to the stores for those items you forgot on the way. Close to the beaches and theme parks.

Great Property and Stay!`

Stayed for 7 days on the property and everything listed was as is when we got there. We would stay here again. Travel times in Orlando are double the mileage so people need to take that into account. Neighborhood was peaceful and the pool was a big hit. Great property and would recommend to anyone.

Cresent lake stay

House was very clean and good supply of items such as towels and bedding. Hot tub was fantastic as was the solar heated pool. Only issue was that there was a poor selection of TV channels. Overall it was one of the best houses we have rented in Florida.

Spring Break

This property was beautiful. Very quiet and peaceful. The pool and hot tub were amazing as well. We visited the parks at Universal Studios and Clearwater beach during our stay. The owner of the home was extremely attentive and answered any questions that I had. The home has everything you will need while on vacation. There was also a pool table, ping pong and bikes to ride. My favorite part was relaxing in the hot tub after walking all day at Universal.

Great Property!

We enjoyed this property so much! The master bed was comfortable which was a pleasant surprise because it’s hard to find a vacation rental with comfortable beds. The house was well stocked and because of that we didn’t have to buy much. My children loved the pool and my wife and I loved the hot tub after a long day in the gym at a volleyball tournament. Marie was quick to respond to any questions. I caught a couple bass in the pond behind the house. I highly recommend property!

We were looking for a home offering a central location with privacy and beautiful scenery...this home met all of our expectations! Close to amenities but never felt like we were in a busy city! Beautiful home, great host!

I recently stayed with my family in this beautiful home. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, but still not too far from Disney. The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and ping pong table during our down time. Perhaps the best part of the experience was the communication from the host. Maria was excellent, and made us feel very welcome and comfortable with whole process. We'll definitely be back!

Family vacation

The communication was great with Maria. We also loved the house. The pool and hottub were nice to have after a long day. House was very clean and nice. Neighbors were friendly. Things I would do for us next time is heat the pool sometimes it was a little chilly so if not swimming in the heat of the day definitely heat the pool. Besides that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Thank you. ❣️

Wonderful experience

Wonderful home, great location, very clean, everything was better than I could have imagined, pictures does this home very little justice you actually have to see it to believe how well maintained it really is. My fiance and I were there for 11 magnificent days and are already making plans to return, we don't know what our itinerary will be but we do know where we will be staying.
