「Here are my Pros. Good location. Had free parking. And the best was the breakfast and our breakfast hostess, Pauline. Pauline was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. She went above and beyond for my Mom. The beds are rather hard and my mom mentioned it and by the time we got back to our rooms she had a foam topper on her bed!! Amazing! There’s also a handy grocery store right across the street. Fletchers is also a very nice restaurant and after a long day of sightseeing it was nice to...

「There is no one on staff as it is a self service hotel. But all my questions were answered quickly via email! Our check in was smooth and easy! Our hotel room was beautiful with gorgeous wallpaper! The linens were superior and the beds were comfortable! If you are noise sensitive while sleeping, I would recommend asking for a room away from the street which was quite busy overnight!」

「Room was very clean. Fee parking. Host is very friendly. Convenient location, close to bus stop going to the city center.」

「Hotel staff allotted me room no:30 which is in 3rd floor and toilet bathroom were on 2nd floor. This was not mentioned at the time of booking. No room slippers were available so I have to wear my shoes for each and every time while using toilet and for bath. 50 pounds deposit was asked to pay. No telephone/ intercom in room and television was not working. Room was very small as compared to what I paid. Amenities zero - no room slippers, no television, no intercom, no refrigerator and no...

「We had a wonderful stay. Paul and Michael are so friendly and helpful, they recommended lots of trips and reserved a whiskey experience for us. Crescent House is a beautiful property and the breakfast was so delicious, so much choice. We would love to stay again on a future visit to Edinburgh.」
