The only place to stay in Kingsvlle. I am a repeat guest and who wouldn’t be. Excellent hosts and a clean comfortable guest house. Consider this your next stay.

This was a beautiful place to stay for the weekend. The owners were super friendly and helpful. The place was wonderfully decorated and spotlessly clean. We will stay here again in the future.

The accommodations are superb! Clean, decorated beautifully, furniture and bed very comfortable. It truly is a home away from home. Jodi & Graham are great hosts and pay attention to every detail. I will certainly be back to visit again.

Quiet Spot

Enjoyed a couple of nights. Unit was clean, comfortable and very nicely appointed. It is in a very quiet spot on the edge of town. Hosts were very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

The most important thing to me is cleanliness., And this little cottage lived up to my expectations. A very serene place. Anything you needed it was in the cottage.

Sweet little spot in Kingsville

Lovely, little cottage. Lots of light and decorated with consideration. Hosts were wonderful and so helpful with information and directions. Most importantly they were very kind. Location was so close to downtown, which was great. If you are looking for a little hideaway from the world this might be just what you are looking for. I know that we are already hoping to book again soon.

Amazing place, very clean, well decorate, comfy, quiet, closed to the city and Pointe Pelee. The owners were very helpful to share with us birding places since we loved it. They left wine, bottles of water and snacks for us. We are recommending this place.

It’s a cute Granny Flat at the rear of the owner’s property. Nicely set back from the road with a fully fenced yard for kids or pets. Very clean with all the basic amenities you’ll need for a weekend away.

Amazing little House

Absolutely fantastic

Beautiful cottage, comfortable, relaxing with fantastic hosts. Beds and pillows were comfortable, home had more than expected amenities with extra supplies and a fenced in yard for our furry family members to feel welcome also. The cottage is beautifully decorated with everything a visitor could ask for and more.

Beautiful home

The host were really nice and the place look exactly as it’s pictured. It was a bit cold inside and smelled like cats in the living room (they have multiple cats) . Check in was nice and easy and they provided everything that was needed for the stay.

Wonderful stay - spotless and quiet!

I was visiting family in the area for the holidays and very much enjoyed the stay over Christmas. The guest house is located back on a country property so it extra peaceful and quiet. The guest house itself has all modern fittings and feels new and fresh. It is tastefully decorated and was completely spotless throughout. The hosts were wonderful - friendly, thoughtful and very responsive. Highly recommend this property when you're coming to the area!

Wonderful hosts!

Our host was so kind and wonderful! The day we arrived she made sure we had all we needed, gave multiple suggestions for places to explore and eat at, and checked on us every day to ensure our stay was great! The place she had for us was clean and beautiful. It is very evident she cares about her guests and making their stay in Canada a wonderful experience.

This is a wonderful property in Kingsville. It’s very private any quiet. There is a full size stove and fridge. It was decorated beautifully and very clean. The pictures don’t do it justice. The hosts were lovely people.

Quiet retreat

Great accommodations for my brother and I visiting family. The outdoor space is so tranquil and such a relaxing atmosphere after two days of renovations at my son's house. Thanks for providing the portable bed too. The bottle of wine was a lovely touch and we enjoyed it with dinner :)

My husband Dave and I plus our 30 year old Goffins cockatoo stayed for 3 nights. The guest house was perfect. It was far away enough from our hosts house that we didn't have to worry about Louie being too loud while we were out having adventures. It was the perfect size and we loved having a full kitchen so we could have most meals there. We plan on returning in the future.

Excellent experience

This is such a great, comfortable guest house. Very cozy, clean, and full of little details and perks, I wouldn't have thought of. Jodi and Graham are very friendly and accommodating, and being animal lovers, it was very nice for our Chihuahua to feel welcome as well. Kingsville and surrounding area has a lot to offer, and there are plenty of suggested local destinations included in the guesthouse info packets. ...although, I believe we accidentally had a sheet leave with us, so apologies for that 😳 A great get away spot. We would definitely recommend to anyone considering a stay. Thank you for being great hosts. 👍

Cousin #60 Surprise Birthday Party

I located Jodi and Grahams Vrbo on line, first time staying at one and picked the best one! Located close to many trails, Jack Miners museum and downtown Kingsville, yet far enough away to hear the birds relaxing in their spacious backyard. My one year old pup, loved doing her “zoomies” running in the large yard. Inside, is cozy and very clean. Loved all the personal touches to make the stay so comfortable. I love birds, and with all the bird houses along the fence, even one at the kitchen sink window, sure puts a smile on your face.

We had a wedding at Mastronardi Winery and a rehearsal dinner at Oxley and this place couldn’t have been more convenient! Not to mention incredibly clean and cute with very gracious hosts. Highly recommend to anyone looking to explore this area!!
