  • Cute bungalow in city of Kingston. This cozy, spacious, private basement apartment is only 10 minutes away from Downtown Kingston!
    Authentic restaurants, Cineplex, convenience store & all other basic necessity are only at the short distance of 5 min drive!

    We live in the apartment upstairs and are happy to answer any questions but we give our guest space and privacy during their stay.

Nice Clean Property

Host is great to deal with and was very flexible with dates of stay and quickly answered any questions we had.Property is nice and clean.No oven/stove/BBQ access so cooking is a bit tricky.Shower door didn’t seal all the way so bathroom floor got a little wet.Would not hesitate to stay here again.

amazing stay !

my friends and i stayed here for a weekend. two of us slept in the beds and the other slept on the couch ! it was super clean, very quiet, and when we needed something to be fixed, hamida was quick to help us out !! 10/10 would stay again.

Very nice

Clean, relatively quit, easy for uber drivers to find. Personal nitpick, we were using both beads and the table / earing space was in o e of the bed rooms. It made it a bit hard to handle late nite snacking or early breakfast while someone was sleeping Overall very happy with my stay

Clean and spacious family basement

Thank you for hosting our daughter for a local short stay. She said your space was clean and well-kept, but one thing she mentioned is family noises could be heard on the main floor. Perhaps this should be noted for future guests who aren't aware of how it is to live with small children. Thanks again.

Property review.

Place was nicely kept. We weren’t overly happy with showing up to a full laneway first two days. Upstairs was very noisy late at night. Nice place just not exactly what we were expecting as a welcome or with the noise.

Basement apartment

Very clean. But wasn’t happy when you went out there was no code lock on your apartment. Is was unlocked to the rest of the house. Also the flooring they have over the carpet was buckled and I tripped over it. Not safe but overall we liked it

Tolerance needed

This is not a two bedroom suite as advertised. The reader should know the hide a bed is in the kitchen area. The owners are eager to help but I did not expect to have to ask for basics ..like cultlery and fireplace instructions. Resolution for some of my requests were promptly resolved. It felt like visiting family as the owner is very helpful but I do not think they understand how Vrbo should operate.
