Our place is only 2 minutes away from Downtown Kingston's and if you prefer to leave your car and walk is only 15 minutes away.

The space

This is beautiful and Comfortable house is for you to kick back and catch up on some Netflix after a long day of work or vacation or long weekend Pool house is in the heart of downtown. Although renovated with privacy in mind, Comfortable bed/ living space with a well equipped kitchen, this house was created with comfort and functionality in mind!
Our Pool House is a perfect place for your needed stay which is consist of 3 bedroom, a kitchen, a dining area, a hall, and washrooms.

—-We installed black-out curtains and blinds in bedroom to make your stay more relaxing and comfortable.
—-The house is centralised with AC and heating.
—-We also provide our guests with towels, and toiletries.
--Kitchen is well equipped with large refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, crockery, cutlery, basic cleaning supplies, and a fire extinguisher.
--We added high quality mattress, pillows, bed linens, and duvets in bedroom and with other sleeping arrangements.
—-we regularly maintain cleanliness and hygiene at our place and we expect same from our guests.
--The house has its own private entrance. For your safety make sure you keep all access doors closed.

Standard pricing is for up-to 2 guests. Each additional $45 per night. Bedroom will open according to number of guests booked.

PENALTY FEES you need to know to help other guests enjoy the stay:

Only registered guests allowed on the premises
due to insurance policy.

Unregistered guests fee will be $150 per person
per day. It's guest responsibility to register all expected guests on guest list before their arrival or their will be unregistered guests penalty.

smoking weeds & gambling $1000

late check-out will be charged extra $20 per hour. Let us know prior if you need late check-out. early check-in will be provided if the place is ready but if you want guaranteed early check-in let us know prior and it will be provided with fee $20 per hour.

unapproved pets, and pet's fur and pee's stains
cleaning etc. will be $350 per day. unapproved events or parties will be charged $500 per day and booking will be terminated immediately.
indoor smoking $500 (please smoke at the
designated area) outside of the house. any damage to the property or provided items will be charged according to applied cost (market value of the items and property).

Please don't use bath towels for any kind of cleaning or guest has to pay the damages or extra cleaning charges.

Please don't eat or drink on beds and couches.
Use designated areas for it or guest has to pay extra cleaning charges and damages.
