She is prompt and very personable. I strongly suggest that it be made clear on hotels.com that this property requires an appointment in order to enter the premises. 「Ms Thompson was very nice and friendly and there was never a bad moment for me to reach out to her for help. The area was also very quiet which allowed my stay very peaceful though I didn’t really go out much to explore more. I’ll try to do that when next I come around. 」
