Entire park across the street w/ something for everyone & fishing out back
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Great home with a view of the pond so bring your fishing poles. Across the street from the park where there is walking and jogging trails, a baseball field, tennis courts, basketball courts and a skate park for the kiddos. Friendly neighborhood ducks will greet you. Close to shopping and 15 mins to the Naval Base. 45 mins to Jekyll Island and Fernandina beaches. 1 hour to Jacksonville beaches. Come relax here and let your worries drift away.

There is also absolutely no Crypto Minning allowed!

Close to Navy Base
I went up to spend the weekend with my son who is stationed at the Navy base. The best part of the trip was being able to take our 3 small dogs. Most places only took 2 dogs. The house was larger than we needed. The yard was great for the dogs. Great visit.

Community oriented neighborhood close to beaches. Great park.
Private community. Awesome community park. Close to beaches and stores. Quiet and private. Bottom line this is my first Vrbo. Amelia was beyond exceptional from booking through check out:; she amazed me. We will seriously consider going back and bringing family with us. My next VRBO will be done through her and her company ! She will get it done !

Comfortable and clean
We enjoyed our stay at this home, conveniently located across the street from a county park with ducks that come right up to you and a playground (also a skate park and baseball fields, but we didn't use those). The fridge was already on when we got there (thanks). There were ample towels, and multiples of paper products - paper towels, toilet tissue, and garbage bags, so that we did not have to buy extra. The owner also included several dishwasher tabs and laundry tabs, and we didn't run out. Passcodes for entrance and wifi were easy to understand. We got a quick response when we realized the day before we hadn't gotten arrival info. We were able to regulate the house temperature, and fans worked throughout the house - important in the August heat. Back yard is fenced - and there is a pond beyond the fencing (and more ducks/geese!). I would have loved a deadbolt on the back door, since we have littles, but we just avoided using it, and it wasn't an issue. There was a nearby Winn Dixie, Publix, and Walmart. There were several common chain restaurants, and a local Southern restaurant (Steffans), Italian restaurant (OPS), and our favorite of the trip was the Thai place (Thai and Osaka sushi). We went to Fernandina Beach in Florida - only about a 40 minute drive away. A local suggested we go to Peter's Point which was wonderful - not crowded at all, and easy parking right by the boardwalks to the shore.

Excellent Stay with our Family!
The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described! The property manager was quick to respond and checked it on us to ensure we didn't need anything. Great place, will stay again!
