- Parties/Events: Not permitted to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests
- We do not provide linen unfortunately due to issues within the past, I do apologise for this inconvenience
- beach is the only one in the whole UK which allows pets all year!

*£100 refundable deposit is required before arrival
* additional £20 cleaning fee is required on top of the £10 cleaning fee paid if pets are on the property (paid with refundable deposit before arrival)
